Delete your account
Before you start
One account stands behind every Nourva app, so deleting it in one place deletes it everywhere: the app on your phone, tablet and watch, the web and the computer apps. Deleting is free, and you can do it yourself at any time.
- Want a copy first? Download your account's data and your memory before you delete. See Download a copy of your data.
- Paying through the App Store or Google Play? Cancel that subscription in the store. Deleting your Nourva account does not stop a store's billing.
- Only want to clear your memory? You can delete your memory and keep your account. See Download or delete your memory.
Delete it in the app
On iPhone, iPad and Android:
- Open Settings › Account.
- Tap Delete Account… at the bottom.
- Read Delete your account?, enter your password and tap Delete Account.
If you signed up with Apple, Google or GitHub, you may be asked to sign in again before the account can be deleted.
Delete it on the web
- Sign in at nourva.ai and open Account settings in your dashboard.
- Choose Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then choose Delete account.
A subscription you pay for on the web is cancelled the moment you confirm. If you can't sign in at all, write to privacy@nourva.ai from your account's email address. We check the request and answer within 30 days.
What happens next

| At once | Every session ends and your password is replaced. Your conversations in the app and on the web, your synced memory and the files you uploaded on the web are deleted, with your devices, notifications and preferences. Two-factor authentication is switched off, and any web subscription is cancelled. |
| At once, when you delete in the app | Your memory, your work and your files in the app's cloud are erased too: Office projects, your pages and the rest. |
| Within 30 days | If the deletion was a mistake, write to privacy@nourva.ai from the account's email address and we restore your account. What was removed at once cannot be brought back. |
| After 30 days | The rest is removed for good: your account record and email address, your support tickets, your subscription and your credit balance, and, if you deleted on the web, your memory, work and files in the app's cloud. |
We send you one email when the deletion starts, with the date your account will be removed.
Removing the app is not deleting
Deleting the Nourva app from a phone, or signing out, does not delete your account or anything it holds. Only deleting the account does.
