Create your account and sign in

Create a Nourva account with Apple, Google, GitHub or your email, sign in on any device or the web, and try the app as a guest first.

Ways to sign in

One Nourva account carries your plan and your work to every device. You create it once, in the app or on the web, and sign in with it wherever you use Nourva. The app's sign-in screen offers these choices, top to bottom:

ChoiceWhat it does
Continue with AppleSigns in with your Apple account, on iPhone and iPad
Continue with emailSigns in, or creates an account, with your email and a password
Google and GitHubSign in with that account in your browser
Continue as guestLets you chat without an account

If you have no account yet, Apple, Google or GitHub creates one the first time you use it. On Android, use email, Google or GitHub: Apple sign-in works in the iPhone and iPad app. A line under the buttons says that by continuing you agree to the Terms, AI Terms and Privacy Policy.

The first time you open the sign-in screen on a device, Welcome to Nourva comes first and explains how Nourva handles what you share. Tap Continue to reach the choices.

Create an account with email

  1. Tap Continue with email.
  2. Tap Create an account.
  3. On Join Nourva, enter your name, your email and a password of 8 characters or more.
  4. Tap Create account.

Nourva either signs you in at once or emails you a verification link. If the screen says A verification link landed in your inbox — verify, then sign in., open the link, then come back and sign in. Until you do, signing in asks you to verify your email first.

  1. Tap Continue with email.
  2. Enter your email and tap Continue.
  3. Enter your password and tap Sign in.

With Google or GitHub, your browser opens. Finish signing in there, then return to Nourva: the app picks up your account by itself.

If you forget your password

On the password step, tap Forgot password?. Nourva emails a reset link to the address you entered, and Forgot password? changes to Reset link sent. Open the link in the email, choose a new password, then sign in with it.

If two-factor authentication is on

After your password, or after Apple, Google or GitHub, the screen asks you to Enter your two-factor code. Type the 6-digit code from your authenticator app and tap Verify. On the web you can also choose Use a backup code and enter one of your backup codes.

When your email already has an account

An email address belongs to one Nourva account. If you try to create a second account with it, the app says This email is already registered — sign in instead. Sign in with your password, or tap Forgot password? if you don't remember it.

If you tap Google or GitHub and that email already has an account you made another way, the page in your browser says This email already has a Nourva account. Sign in the way you first signed up: with your email and password, or with the button you used the first time.

An account made with Apple, Google or GitHub can also have a password. In the app, open Settings › Account › Password and set one. You can then sign in with your email as well, including on the web, which has no Apple button.

Continue as guest

Tap Continue as guest to try Nourva without an account. A guest can only chat: 3 messages a day on that device, with no search, thinking, files, pictures or voice. When the 3 are used, the app tells you they come back tomorrow, or that you can create your free account and keep going, and it opens Join Nourva for you. A free account gets 10 free basic chats a day.

To create your account at any time as a guest, open Settings from the ⋯ menu and tap Sign in on the Sign in to Nourva card.

On the web

You can also sign up and sign in at nourva.ai, with your email and password, Google or GitHub, then carry on in your dashboard.

To sign up, choose Create account, then enter your full name, your email and a password of 8 characters or more. If someone gave you an invite code, open Invite code (optional) and enter it. Below the form, a line says that you confirm you are at least 13, with a parent or guardian's consent if you are under 18.

If Nourva shows Check your email, open the verification link it sent, then sign in. If the link has expired, sign in and Nourva emails you a fresh one. To reset a password, choose Forgot password? beside the password field.
