Where you're signed in
One account, several places
You sign in to the same Nourva account on your phone, your tablet, your watch and in a browser. This guide covers the places that show or change where that account is signed in: a list of sessions on the web, Sign Out in the app, the code that links an Apple Watch, and what happens to your other devices when you change your email.
Signing out never deletes anything. Your chats, memory and plan stay in your account.
See and end sessions on the web
Open Security & devices in your dashboard. Active sessions lists the devices signed in to your account in a browser. Each row shows:
- The browser and the system it runs on.
- The network address the device signed in from.
- Active now for the session you are using, or Last active with how long ago for the others.
The session you are using carries a This device tag. It has no button, because you can't end it from this list. To sign out here, use Sign out under Account management in Account settings.
To end one session:
- Next to the device you don't recognise, choose Revoke session.
- Read Revoke this session? and choose Revoke session again.
To end every session except this one:
- Choose Revoke other sessions. The button shows only when another session exists.
- Read Revoke other sessions?. It tells you the session on this device stays active. Choose Revoke sessions.
The sessions list is on the web only; the app has no such list. To sign out of the app on a phone, use Sign Out in the app, as described next.
Sign out in the app
On iPhone, iPad and Android:
- Open Settings › Account.
- Tap Sign Out.
- Read Sign out of Nourva? and tap Sign Out again.
This signs you out on that device only. Nourva shows Signed out on this device, and the sign-in screen comes back. Your chats, memory and plan wait in your account for the next time you sign in. An Apple Watch linked to that iPhone or iPad then asks to be linked again.
Link an Apple Watch
Your watch signs in with a six-digit code instead of a password. You need the app signed in on your iPhone first.
- On your iPhone, open Settings › Account › Apple Watch.
- Open Nourva on your Apple Watch. It shows a six-digit code.
- Enter the code in Six-digit code and tap Link Watch.
When it works, the app says Your watch is linked. Open Nourva on your wrist. If it doesn't, the message tells you why:
| You see | What to do |
|---|---|
| The code expired. Get a fresh one on the watch. | Ask the watch for a new code and enter that one. |
| Unknown code. Check what your watch shows. | Compare the digits with the watch and try again. |
| That code belongs to another account. | Sign in to the same account on both devices. |
| Too many attempts. Wait a moment. | Wait, then try again with a fresh code. |
To use Nourva One on the watch, see Nourva One on Apple Watch.
When you change your email
When you change your email in the app, Nourva signs you out on your other devices. The last screen says Your email is changed and Your other devices were signed out. You stay signed in on the phone where you made the change, and you sign in on the others with the new address.
The steps for changing it are in Change your email or password.
