#Office overview
Step into your office: a full office that creates, scans, signs, and sends Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF — with no office program to install, ever.
#Overview
Office isn't an app you open — it's the room you walk into, where everything your work needs is already here. A desk that builds Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF; a scanner that reads anything into editable work; an archive that remembers; a consultant to think with; and a clerk to write what you'll send. Say what you need, and you never have to leave the room for it.
The one thing that matters most: there is no office program to install, ever. No downloads, no setup. Nourva opens, reads, edits, and exports Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF natively — right here. Your work lives inside your files, not on top of them.
#The office — and the team in it
Five surfaces, one room. They work together, and they work for you.
#Workspace — your desk
Create and open Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF; view, edit, and export them with real formulas, real charts, and real structure. Or just describe what you need, and it is built for you. The Workspace is also where ongoing work lives, so a project's pieces stay together across time. See The Workspace.
#Scanner — your eyes
Drop in an image or a PDF and it reads it — formatted text, tables, and images, parsed cleanly and ready to use. A scanned page stops being a picture and becomes work you can edit.
#Archive — your memory
A living library of everything you have made and scanned, with folders, search, and sort. Your office remembers, so nothing gets lost and nothing starts from zero.
#Consultant — thinks with you
Talk a hard thing through before you act: prepare a negotiation, weigh a tough decision, or read a contract clause by clause in plain language. Say the difficult message firmly and gracefully, and rehearse the conversation against a realistic counterpart first.
#Clerk — your writer
Documents, replies, and polish, ready to send. Write contracts, letters, minutes, and proposals; answer a message; proofread, formalize, simplify, or translate a text; turn a pile of files into a table or a report; place your signatures and stamps on PDFs and images in batches; plus a full toolbox to compress, merge, convert, and manage pages.
#Everything moves
A scanned page becomes a working table. The table becomes a chart. The chart becomes a deck. The deck becomes a report — ready to send. Your work flows across every surface without ever leaving the room. And anything you make, you can export directly — a file ready to analyze, process, send, or build on.
Lead with the outcome, not the formatting. Say what the document is for and what it must contain; Nourva handles the layout and reviews how it looks before delivering, so what you get is presentable, not just produced.
#Why Office
| Ordinary office tools | Office | |
|---|---|---|
| Install | need a program installed and updated | nothing to install, ever |
| The file | generate a file on the side | lives inside your files, edits from within |
| Switching | jump between apps | five surfaces in one room, working together |
| Scanned pages | a picture you retype | read into editable text, tables, and images |
| The human side | a document maker | a consultant to think with and a clerk to write what you send |
| Memory | start from zero each time | an archive that remembers, export ready on demand |
#How to use it
- Open Office and say what you need — create a document, scan a page, draft a reply, sign a file, or think a decision through.
- Work in the surface that fits: the Workspace to build and edit files, the Scanner to read a page into editable work, the Consultant to think it through, the Clerk to write and finish it.
- Let the work flow between surfaces — a scan into a table, a table into a chart, a deck into a report — all kept in your Archive.
- Export the finished file directly, ready to send, print, or build on. Nothing needs to be installed at any step.
#Examples
What you ask:
Make a one-page Word brief summarizing our Q3 results, with a short intro and three sections: revenue, growth, and what's next. What you see: a finished Word document with a title, an introduction, and your three sections — formatted, reviewed for how it looks, and ready to download. No office program required.
What you ask: (with a scanned invoice attached)
Read this invoice into a table I can edit, then total the line items. What you see: the Scanner reads the page into clean, editable text and tables, and the totals are calculated — a picture turned into work you can use.
#Tips
- Name the document type explicitly — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or PDF — so you get the format you intend.
- Use the Scanner whenever you have a page as an image or PDF; it turns a picture into editable text, tables, and images.
- Reach for the Consultant before a hard conversation or decision, and the Clerk to write and finish what you will send.
- Keep ongoing work in the Workspace and your finished files in the Archive, so a project's pieces stay together and nothing starts from zero.
