Download your memory

1. Tap Nourva Mind in the bar at the bottom.
2. Open Memory & permissions.
3. Tap Export vault.

Nourva says Preparing your export…, then opens the share sheet so you can save the file, send it to yourself or open it in another app. It is a JSON file named nourva-memory followed by the date. If it cannot be made, you see Export failed · try again.

The file holds:

• a short note in English and Arabic on what the file contains;
• your profile, your preferences and your recent work;
• your daily personality document and your Mindprint profile;
• what is kept only on that device, such as what you asked Nourva One to remember there;
• your memory's stored layers, as they are.

Exporting changes nothing in your memory.

Delete your memory

1. Open Nourva Mind › Memory & permissions.
2. Tap Manage deletion. The sheet Delete cloud memories opens: This deletes your entire cloud memory vault across every product — facts, preferences, work history and the daily persona. It cannot be undone.
3. Type DELETE in the box under Type DELETE to confirm.
4. Tap Delete memory permanently, which Runs immediately and cannot be undone. To keep your memory, tap Cancel and stay.

If something goes wrong, you see Deletion failed · try again, and nothing has been deleted.

What happens after

• Your memory in the cloud is erased, for every part of Nourva, and Nourva confirms with Your cloud memory is fully deleted.
• On that device, what Nourva One kept there and your Mindprint are cleared too.
• What Arachne learned on your missions goes with it.
• Memory is switched off. To begin again, choose Fully cloud or Fully on-device on Memory & permissions, and a new memory starts empty.

Your account, your plan, your credits, your chats and your Office projects stay as they are.
