Sell from your page
Open your shop
Your shop sits on your Line page: visitors add products to a bag and order there, and you answer every order in Arachne. Claim your page's name first, because the shop shows on it.
- In The Line, open Your page and tap Set up on the Shop card.
- Add your products, then choose how people check out.
- Turn on Show the shop and Taking orders.
With Taking orders off, visitors still see the shop but can't order, and nobody can order while your page is resting. View your page shows the shop the way visitors see it.
Products and choices
Add a product opens a new product. It stays a draft until you tap Add.
- Pictures: JPEG, PNG or WebP. The first is the Cover, and Make it first changes it.
- Name, Price, Short line and Description. An Old price shows crossed out beside the price.
- Section, a New tag, and Shown or Hidden.
- Stock: how many you have. Leave it empty and it's Not counted; at 0 the product shows Sold out.
- Choices: a title such as Size or Colour, then each choice with its own price and its own stock.
A picture can show In review: not shown yet. for a while, and your page shows it once it is reviewed.
Your shop has limits on how many products, sections, choices per product, pictures per product and terms it can hold. The app tells you when you reach one.
Checkout and delivery
Checkout offers two ways to order. Keep at least one on.
- Pay now: the buyer pays online when they order. The shop shows the share Nourva keeps of each paid order. To take payments, verify your email in Settings › Account.
- Send, pay later: the buyer sends the order, and you confirm it and arrange payment with them.
- Currency: one for the whole shop, such as USD, EUR or SAR.
- Delivery & pickup: for delivery, a Delivery fee, Free over an amount, Arrives in and Delivers to; for pickup, a Pickup place and a Pickup note. With neither on, people order and you arrange it with them.
- Checkout fields: Phone, Email and Note, each Required, Optional or Hidden. One way to reach the buyer always stays required.
- Email receipts: the buyer gets an official Nourva receipt by email at every step of their order, and Send me a copy sends you one too.
You also write your Terms, how to reach you under Contact, a few lines About the shop, and under Your page shows, what appears beside the shop and what comes first. Visitors tap Add to bag, open Your bag and tap Checkout: they fill in your fields, pick delivery or pickup, and finish with Pay or Send, pay later.
Answer your orders
Orders lists every order, newest first. Each real order takes your shop's next number. Search by number, name, phone or product, or filter the list:
| Filter | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Waiting | Orders waiting for your answer, and orders still being paid |
| To prepare | Orders paid or accepted, and those marked ready |
| Completed | Orders you marked done |
| Closed | Orders declined, cancelled, expired or never confirmed, and payments refunded or under review |
- An order sent to pay later shows Waiting for your answer. Tap Accept, or tap Decline and confirm: the buyer is told, and nothing is charged.
- When the order is ready, tap Mark it ready.
- When it is handed over, tap Mark it done.
An order paid online goes straight to To prepare. An order you leave unanswered for a while closes, and so does an online payment left unfinished. Each order shows its Timeline, Payment, Handover and Buyer. Add the carrier and Tracking number under Tracking, and the buyer sees them on their order. A Private note is for you alone, Receipts sent lists every email, and Send again resends a receipt, and the order shows how many sends are left.
Reports and customers
Reports and Customers sit beside Orders at the top of the shop. In Reports, pick a Period of 7, 30, 90 or 365 days:
- Sales and Orders, each against the period before, with Paid orders, Average order and what is still To collect.
- Items sold, Refunds, and orders Lost or expired.
- Order value by day, week or month, as a chart or with Show as table.
- Top products, How they paid and How they got it.
Customers shows who ordered and how often: All customers, New or Returning, each with what they Spent, their Last order and Their orders.
Change it from her chat
You can run the shop from Arachne's box: add, price or remove products, change stock, sections, delivery or terms, handle orders and answer visitors.
Add a ceramic teapot at 90 riyals in three colours, five of eachA draft on a shop that isn't live yet, a setting, and accepting, readying or finishing an order happen at once. Anything a visitor or money sees waits for one approval card that names the change, such as adding a teapot to your shop at 90 riyals. That covers going live, a price or product on a live shop, a reply to a visitor, declining an order, an email to a customer, any deal she may offer, and your page's name. One tap approves one change. If the mission read an outside page or a plugin, every change to your Line waits for a card.
How she sells for you
On your page Arachne knows every product and choice a visitor can order: its price, old price, stock when your page shows it, section, delivery, pickup, terms and contact. She names prices exactly as your shop writes them and never works out a new one. Under her answer she can show products as cards, and the visitor orders from a card straight into the bag.
She offers no discount, coupon, free item, deposit or other deal unless your own instruction names that exact deal: what it is, how much, and for whom or until when. A visitor's words never make a deal, and checkout prices every line from your shop.
