Download a copy of your data

Download your account's data as a JSON file, your credit transactions as a CSV file, and your memory from the app, and know what each file holds.

What you can download

Your data comes in three files, each from its own place. You can download any of them at any time, as often as you like.

FileWhat it holdsWhere to get it
Account data (JSON)Your account and its history, including your whole credit historyOn the web: Account settings › Download your data
Credit transactions (CSV)Your newest credit entries, ready for a spreadsheetOn the web: Plan & credits › Transactions › Export CSV
Memory (JSON)Your Nourva memoryIn the app: Nourva Mind › Memory & permissions › Export vault

The first two come from your dashboard on nourva.ai, which you can open in a browser on any device. The app has no button for them.

Download your account data

  1. Sign in at nourva.ai and open Account settings in your dashboard.
  2. Scroll to Account management and find Download your data.
  3. Choose Download.

Your browser saves one JSON file, named nourva-data, then the first part of your email address, then the date. Any text editor opens it.

The file holds:

  • your profile: name, email, plan, credit balance, country, language and how you sign in
  • your devices and the sessions you signed in with
  • your notification preferences and notifications
  • your support tickets and their messages
  • your subscriptions, payments and your whole credit history
  • the records of what you agreed to, and your account's activity log

Your Nourva Mind memory has a file of its own: export it in the app (see below).

Download your credit transactions

  1. Open Transactions under Plan & credits in your dashboard.
  2. To narrow the list, choose All, Usage, Added or Membership, or type in the search box.
  3. Choose Export CSV.

The CSV holds every entry that matches your filter and search, including those behind Show more. Choose All and clear the search to export the whole list. It has five columns: Transaction ID, Date, Description, Type and Credits, and is saved as Nourva-transactions followed by the date.

The page keeps only your newest entries. For your complete credit history, download your account data above. For what the figures on this page mean, see See your balance and usage.

Download your memory in the app

Memory is part of Professional, Ultimate and Max. On iPhone, iPad and Android:

  1. Tap Nourva Mind, the last seat in the bottom bar.
  2. Scroll down and open Memory & permissions.
  3. Tap Export vault.

The app prepares the file and opens the share sheet, so you can save it, send it to yourself or open it in another app. It is named nourva-memory followed by the date.

The file opens with a short note in English and Arabic, then your profile, your preferences and your recent work. It also carries what is kept only on that device. Arabic and other non-Latin text may look like codes in a plain text editor; any JSON reader turns it back into your words.

Exporting changes nothing in your memory. To clear it instead, see Download or delete your memory.

Anything else

If you want a copy of something these files don't hold, write to privacy@nourva.ai from your account's email address. We check that the request is yours and answer within 30 days.

Thinking of deleting your account? Download your files first: deleting removes your account and what it holds.
