#Language & right-to-left

Nourva speaks your language — well over a hundred of them — and mirrors its entire interface for right-to-left, so the experience feels native, not bolted on.

#Overview

Nourva supports a very large set of languages and replies in whatever language you use. You do not pick a "supported subset" and hope for the best; you write the way you naturally would, and Nourva answers in kind across every surface.

For right-to-left languages, Nourva mirrors its whole layout — not just the text, but the direction of the interface itself — so reading and working feel native end to end. Combined with themes and appearance, this lets Nourva fit your environment as comfortably as it fits your taste.

#What you can do

  • Use over a hundred languages. Nourva supports a very large set of languages — well over a hundred.
  • Get replies in your language. Nourva responds in the language you write in, without you switching anything.
  • Work fully right-to-left. For right-to-left languages, the entire layout mirrors — text, flow, and interface — so nothing feels reversed or grafted on.
  • Stay consistent across surfaces. The language and direction you work in carry across Chat, Arachne, the Shell, Office, and the rest of Nourva.

#How to use it

  • Simply write in the language you want. Nourva detects how you are writing and replies in the same language, so most of the time there is nothing to set.
  • To set a preferred interface language, open Settings and choose your language. The interface follows your language setting, just as it follows your appearance setting.
  • When you choose a right-to-left language, the whole layout mirrors automatically — you do not configure direction separately.
  • To switch languages, change what you write or update the setting at any time; Nourva follows along.
Tip

You can move between languages within your work. Ask a question in one language and a follow-up in another, and Nourva keeps up — replying in whichever language you used.

#Examples

What you ask:

text
اكتب لي ملخصًا قصيرًا عن هذا المستند

What you see: Nourva replies in Arabic, and the interface around your conversation reads right-to-left — laid out natively, not flipped from a left-to-right design.

What you ask:

text
Réponds-moi en français à partir de maintenant

What you see: Nourva continues the conversation in French and keeps replying in French for your following messages.

What you ask:

text
Change my interface language to Spanish

What you see: Nourva points you to the language setting, and once chosen, the interface and replies follow in Spanish across surfaces.

#Tips

  • You rarely need to set anything — write naturally and Nourva matches your language on its own.
  • If you want a fixed interface language regardless of what you type, set it in Settings so it stays put.
  • Right-to-left mirroring is automatic; if a layout ever looks off, confirm the language setting matches the language you are working in.
  • Pair your language with a theme that suits your environment — light or dark — so the whole experience feels yours.
