Put your product in any scene

Turn one phone photo of your product into shots in several scenes, with a cut-out, a short film and marketplace sizes.

Open Products

Products turns one phone photo of something you make or sell into finished product shots. You pick the scenes, Nourva places your product in each one, and you can add a cut-out, a short film and marketplace sizes. You need to be signed in, and the work uses credits.

  1. Open Apps in the bottom bar and tap The Designer.
  2. Under What to make, tap Products.

You can also start from the Designer's home: tap + beside the box, choose Camera or Photos, pick your photo and, under What shall we do with it?, choose Product scenes with it.

Bring your product

  1. Tap Bring your product and choose a photo with your phone's own chooser. Or tap + beside the box and choose Take a photo or Choose a photo. A phone photo is enough; several angles are better.
  2. Wait while the app shows Looking at your product…. Under Here's what I see, it says what the product is, the text printed on it, what must stay the same and its colours.
  3. Leave Keep the label exactly on to keep the letters, logo and colours untouched. It starts on for every photo.
  4. Tap Add angles to add more photos of the same product from other sides. The row shows how many you added, for example 1 of 2 added.
  5. If the reading missed something, type it in the box, Tell me what I missed. Every scene and the cut-out follow it.
  6. Tap Scenes.

Not ready with a photo? Type a scene in the box on the first screen, for example «on wet stone, morning light». It waits for your photo, then joins your scenes. Under Start from an example, a tile keeps that example's setting, never its product, and then asks for your photo.

Choose scenes and extras

The next screen asks Where should it be? Some scenes and the cut-out are ticked the first time you open it. Tap any of them to change your picks.

  • Tap a scene to pick it or drop it: Studio white, City, golden hour, Powder burst, By the sea, Marble kitchen, Wet slate.
  • Or describe your own in the box, Or describe a scene….
  • You can mix ready-made scenes and your own; the app tells you when you reach the limit. To remove a scene of your own, tap it and confirm.

Under Also, tick what else you want:

OptionWhat you get
Cut-out PNGYour product alone on a transparent background, saved as a PNG.
Make it moveA short film, made from your first scene.
Every marketplace sizeWhen you save them all, each scene photo also comes in three sizes: square, 4:5 and 16:9, on white.

Above the button, the screen shows how many photos you are making and about how long they take. The button carries the price, so you see it before anything is spent.

Then tap Make with your number, for example Make 4. It keeps going if you leave the screen. When it is done, tap Open.

After it is made

Your photos open together. Tap one to see it full screen.

  • Save all opens your phone's share sheet with every file, so you can save them together. When there is only one file, the button reads Save.
  • Make it move, with its price, makes a short film from your first scene photo. It stays on screen until you have a film.
  • The box Say a change… changes every scene photo at once, for example «less shine on the label». The cut-out stays as it is, and the price shows in the box. The changed photos arrive as a new set.
  • Under the ⋯ button, Describe another scene instead turns the box into a way to add one more scene from the same photo. Marketplace sizes makes the three sizes of your first scene photo, with no credits, and opens the share sheet. Share and Delete are there too; Delete asks first, and a deleted work cannot come back.

Prices, limits and what is kept

  • The price is on the button before anything is spent, and it includes the cut-out and the film if you ticked them. As the screen says, A photo that doesn't come out is never charged.
  • Reading your photo is free, within a daily limit. When you reach it, the app asks you to try again tomorrow.
  • The Designer has an hourly limit and a daily limit. The app tells you when you reach one.
  • The photo you bring stays yours and is removed from our servers after a short time.
  • Your finished work is under ⋯ › Your work at the top of the Designer, under From the Studio, where your latest works stay for a while.
