One account on every device

Sign in with the same account on your phone, tablet, watch, car, browser and computer, and know what is waiting for you on each one.

One account, everywhere

One Nourva account works in every Nourva app. Sign in with it on a new device and what belongs to the account is already there, with nothing to copy across.

What follows you:

  • Your plan and your credits. They belong to the account, so they are the same on every device. Your free chats are one count, shared by the Nourva app and the web. See Free chats every day.
  • Your Office projects. A project keeps its brief, every version and its files in your account, so it opens on any of your devices. If it changed on another device, you see the latest. See Projects and versions.
  • Your memory, on plans that include it. Professional, Ultimate and Max include Nourva Mind. You choose once where your memory lives, and that choice follows your account to every device. Starter has no memory. The computer app keeps its own memory on the computer. See Nourva Mind: the memory that works for you.

Your chat History is different: it is kept on the device where you had the chat and does not follow you. See Find, pin and share your chats.

As a guest, without an account, you can only chat, and only on that device. Create an account or sign in to take your plan and your work with you.

Sign in on a new device

  1. Install Nourva from the App Store or Google Play, or open nourva.ai in a browser. See Get Nourva on your devices.
  2. Sign in the way you first signed up: with email and password, Google, GitHub or Apple.
  3. If two-factor authentication is on, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.

Apple sign-in works only in the iPhone and iPad app. If you made your account with Apple and want to use Nourva in a browser or on a computer, set a password first: on your iPhone, open Settings › Account › Password. Then sign in there with your email and that password. More in Create your account and sign in.

CarPlay

CarPlay comes with the Nourva app on your iPhone and needs iOS 26.4 or newer. It uses the account your iPhone is signed in with. Connect your iPhone to the car and open Nourva on the car's screen. Talking to Nourva One in the car uses credits, as it does on your phone. See Nourva One in CarPlay.

The web and your computer

  • The web. Open nourva.ai in any browser, sign in and carry on where you left off. There is nothing to install.
  • Windows and Mac. Download the app from the download page and sign in with email and password, Google or GitHub. See Nourva on Windows and Mac.

To move files between your phone and your computer, link the two in Nourva Drop with a six-digit code. See Nourva Drop: send files to your devices.

Sign out, and change your email

Signing out affects only the device you do it on, and removes nothing from your account. An Apple Watch linked to an iPhone or iPad that signs out asks to be linked again.

  • On your phone or tablet: open Settings › Account and tap Sign Out. Nourva asks Sign out of Nourva?; tap Sign Out again.
  • On a watch: choose Sign out in the Nourva app's settings on the watch. It takes only that watch off your account.
  • In a browser: Security & devices in your dashboard lists the browsers signed in to your account and lets you end any of them. See Where you're signed in.
