See your balance and usage
Where to look
Two places show where you stand. The app shows your balance right now: free chats left, this week's power and your extra credits. The web adds the history: every credit spent or added, the invoices for what you paid on the web, and your saved cards.

In the app
- Tap ⋯ at the top, then Settings.
- Tap the Nourva plan card. The page that opens is Subscription & usage.
The card at the top names your plan and shows this week's power as a percentage, under Week power. A line below says when the week's power renews; when it is spent, the line says so, and if you hold extra credits it tells you they keep things running. On a paid plan, the foot of the card gives the date your plan renews.
Under Today:
- Free chats shows what is left of your daily number, for example 3 of 30 left. See Free chats every day.
- Extra credits shows how many you hold. Under the name you see Next expiry with a date, or Kept on your account when none of them lapses. The row appears only when you hold some.
On Starter there is no meter and no extra credits row. A Credits row shows every credit you hold instead, the credits that pay for everything beyond a basic chat.
Under Included in your plan, Weekly power shows how many credits a week your plan allows. Starter has no Weekly power row.
On Professional, Ultimate and Max, Buy credits sits under Today on iPhone and iPad. See Buy more credits.
The app shows your balance, not a list of every movement: for that, use the web. Without an account, the card reads Nourva plans and opens the plans instead, so sign in to see your balance.
On the web: Plan & credits
Sign in at nourva.ai, open your dashboard and choose Plan & credits in the side menu. The AVAILABLE CREDITS panel shows:
- The total you can spend now, with a Low tag when it runs short.
- A bar that fills with what is left of your plan's credits.
- Plan: your plan credits left, out of what this billing period gave you.
- Extra: your extra credits, with next expiry and its date, or Never expires when none of them lapses. It appears only when you hold some.
- This week's usage: the Weekly power you have used, out of the week's allowance.
Add credits sits under the panel. On Starter it is off, and the page says why: credit purchases come with Professional, Ultimate or Max. See Buy more credits.
Beside it, YOUR MEMBERSHIP shows your plan, its price, the date it renews and Manage membership. Below, three shortcuts lead to Invoices, Transactions and Payment methods.
Transactions
Open Transactions to see how your credits moved. Three figures sit at the top: Your balance now, then Used in this history and Added in this history for the rows on the page.
Each row has a name, a date, a type and the credits. A row for credits you spent is named after the part of Nourva that spent them, such as Chat, Arachne, Employees, Office, Designer, Financial Market or Nourva One. Spent credits show a minus sign and added credits a plus. A small use can be a fraction of a credit.

Type in Search transactions… to find a row by its name, reference or amount. Clear filters brings every row back.
The page shows your newest entries in batches. Choose Show more for the next batch.
Export CSV
Export CSV saves the rows that match your filter and search as a CSV file, which opens in any spreadsheet app. It has five columns: Transaction ID, Date, Description, Type and Credits. To export the whole list, choose All and clear the search first.
Invoices and payment methods
Open Invoices for what you paid on the web. The top shows Total paid, Paid invoices and the Currency. Filter by All, Paid, Awaiting payment or Voided, or search by invoice number or date. Choose View to open an invoice, or the download icon to save it as a PDF. Your latest invoices also appear on Plan & credits, with View all.
Open Payment methods to manage the cards you pay with on the web:
- To add a card, choose Add payment method. Our payment provider's secure page opens, so you never type a card number into Nourva.
- To make another saved card your default, choose Set default on it. The default card carries the Default tag.
- To drop a card, choose Remove and confirm in Remove payment method?. The card can no longer be used for subscriptions or top-ups.
If a payment fails, Plan & credits shows Your payment needs attention. with Update payment method.
A plan you bought through the App Store or Google Play is billed by that store, so its receipts and payment details live in the store, not on these pages.
