Your voice and privacy
Your voice is not kept
When you talk to Nourva One, your microphone audio is streamed to the voice service that listens, transcribes, answers and speaks. No recording of your voice is kept, and no voiceprint is made. On Apple Watch, Nourva's servers pass your voice on without keeping it.
The microphone works only in a conversation or a dictation you start. On Apple Watch, it listens while Nourva is on your screen, and nothing leaves your watch until you speak.
What she learns from a conversation
With memory on Fully cloud, when a conversation ends, the text of what you and she said is sent to your account, stored encrypted and learned from. That is how she remembers what you told her.
- Your audio is never part of it, and neither are the receipts of what her tools did.
- What two people say to each other in interpreter mode is never learned.
- Calls with your employees and meetings you chair are not added this way.
- The raw text is deleted within a year. What was learned stays until you delete it.
With memory off, or with Allows One to remember turned off in Nourva Mind › Memory & permissions, the text of your conversations is not sent to your account. Memory is part of Professional, Ultimate and Max; Starter has no memory. See Turn memory on and choose what remembers.
If a call fails, Nourva keeps a short diagnostic note for 7 days so the problem can be found. It may hold a few of the words that were said.
Your calendar copy
With calendar access on your iPhone or iPad, Nourva keeps a short copy of your calendar in your account, so your brief and the answers that depend on your time work even when the app is closed.
- It holds each event's title, its start and end times and its place, up to 120 events.
- It covers the next 14 days. Nourva One refreshes it at most every 6 hours, and each refresh replaces the last copy.
- Event notes are never copied.
Camera and screen sharing
She uses the camera only when you ask her to look, and your screen only when you choose to share it.
- On iPhone and iPad, screen sharing starts from the system's own broadcast control and stops when you end it.
- On Android, it starts only through Android's consent dialog, a notification shows while it runs, and frames aren't stored after the session.
How to show her something is in Show her with your camera or screen.
