Delete your account
Before you start
One account dey behind every Nourva app, so if you delete am for one place, e don delete everywhere: di app for your phone, tablet and watch, di web and di computer apps. To delete am no cost anything, and you fit do am yourself any time.
- You want copy first? Download your account data and your memory before you delete. See Download a copy of your data.
- You dey pay through App Store or Google Play? Cancel dat subscription for di store. If you delete your Nourva account, e no go stop di store from taking money.
- You only want clear your memory? You fit delete your memory and still keep your account. See Download or delete your memory.
Delete am for di app
For iPhone, iPad and Android:
- Open Settings › Account.
- Tap Delete Account… for di bottom.
- Read Delete your account?, put your password and tap Delete Account.
If you sign up with Apple, Google or GitHub, dem fit ask you to sign in again before dem go delete di account.
Delete am for web
- Sign in for nourva.ai and open Account settings for your dashboard.
- Pick Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then pick Delete account.
Subscription wey you dey pay for web go cancel di moment wey you confirm. If you no fit sign in at all, write to privacy@nourva.ai from your account email address. We go check di request and answer you within 30 days.
Wetin go happen next

We go send you one email when di deletion start, with di date wey dem go remove your account.
To remove di app no mean say you don delete am
If you delete di Nourva app from phone, or you sign out, e no delete your account or anything wey dey inside am. Na only to delete di account dey do dat one.
