Find your settings

Open Settings in the app or on the web, see what each row holds, and find where your memory and your plan are kept.

Where your settings live

Your account is the same everywhere, but its controls sit in different places. In the app, one Settings sheet holds your account, your plan, notifications, appearance, language and privacy. On the web, the dashboard has two pages: Account settings for your profile, password and preferences, and Security & devices for two-factor authentication and the devices signed in to your account. Your memory has a home of its own in Nourva Mind.

Open Settings in the app

On iPhone, iPad and Android:

  1. Tap ⋯ at the top of the screen.
  2. Tap Settings.

Tap a row to open its page. The back arrow at the top returns you to the list.

Memory and your plan

  • Memory is not in the Settings sheet. Tap Nourva Mind in the bar at the bottom, then Memory & permissions. There you choose where your memory lives and what may read it, and you export or delete it. Memory comes with Professional, Ultimate and Max. Read Turn memory on and choose what remembers.
  • Your plan is one tap away: tap the Nourva plan card below your name in Settings to open Subscription & usage. It shows how many free chats you have left, your credits and what your plan includes. On Professional, Ultimate and Max, Buy credits is there too on iPhone and iPad. Read See your balance and usage.

Open your settings on the web

  1. Sign in at nourva.ai and open your dashboard.
  2. In the rail at the side, choose Security & devices (the shield), or Account settings (the person at the bottom). More in the same rail lists both by name.

Account settings opens the page titled Settings:
