Nourva One on Apple Watch
Nourva One on your wrist
Nourva One is on your Apple Watch, with the same account as your iPhone. The watch app comes with the Nourva app on your iPhone and needs watchOS 26. Its screens are in English, or in Arabic when your watch is set to Arabic. Talking to her uses credits, as it does on your phone.
Link your watch
- Open Nourva on your Apple Watch. It shows a six-digit code and how long the code is valid.
- On your iPhone, tap ⋯ at the top, then Settings › Account › Apple Watch.
- Enter the code in Six-digit code and tap Link Watch.
If the code runs out first, the watch says The code expired — get a fresh one. The first time you talk, the watch shows Before we talk: what you say and type goes to Nourva's servers, which pass it to the AI services that power her answers. Tap Agree to start. Nothing is sent before you agree.
Talk to her
Tap Talk on the first page and speak. She answers out loud with her words on the screen, and you can interrupt her any time.
While Nourva is on your screen, she stays ready: the first page reads Ready · just talk, and you can speak again without a tap. Nothing leaves your watch until you speak. A quiet spell closes the line, and your next words open it again. Tap End beside the ready line to stop listening.
To start without a tap:
- Double Tap, on watches that support it. Settings shows Ready, or Not on this watch.
- Clench. In your watch's own Settings app, open Accessibility › AssistiveTouch › Hand Gestures › Clench and choose Talk to Nourva.
- Siri. Say "Hey Siri, talk to Nourva".
When a conversation reaches your Session cap, the watch asks Time's up — continue on your phone?
Her pages
Turn the Digital Crown to move between the pages.
| Page | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Nourva | Your greeting, how many things need you, and Talk |
| Needs you | Each request that waits for your yes, one at a time, with Approve and Decline |
| Work | What is running now, what finished today and Arachne's scheduled tasks. Open a task to follow it, or tap Stop task |
| Inbox | Notes from Nourva One. Tap one to read it whole, then Ask about this to talk about it |
After you approve, the watch says Approved and Follow it on Work. In Inbox, Hide puts a note away on this watch only, and Clear all empties the inbox. Brief opens your day's brief when there is one, and Settings is at the end.
Settings on the watch
Account shows your email, your plan and your credits.

|---|---|
| Stay ready | How long she stays ready after the last word either of you said. You choose a length, or Until I end. |
| Session cap | The longest one conversation lasts. You choose from a few lengths. |
| Battery guard | On at first. A conversation won't start when the battery is low and ends when it gets lower. |

| AI & your data | Shows Agreed or Not agreed. Take back your yes here: any conversation ends, and nothing more is sent until you agree again. |
Sign out, or delete your account
Sign out asks Sign out of this watch? It takes only this watch off your account; the account stays. If your iPhone or iPad signs out of Nourva, the watch asks you to link it again with a fresh code.
Delete account in the watch's settings tells you how to delete your account: sign in at nourva.ai, open your settings and choose Delete account. You can also delete it in the Nourva app on your iPhone. See Delete your account.
