Pick language
Nourva screens dey come for 20 languages. Pick one, and every menu, button and label go switch to am. Dis setting dey change how Nourva look, e no change di language wey you dey talk: Nourva dey answer for di language wey you write, and Nourva One get her own speaking language (see Answers and speech).
Di app dey start for English di first time you open am. Each device and each browser dey keep im own choice.
For di app
For iPhone, iPad and Android:
- Tap ⋯ for di top of di screen, den tap Settings.
- Tap Language. Di row dey show di language wey you dey use now.
- Tap one language for di list.
Di screens go change sharp sharp, without restart. Each language dey write for im own words, so you fit find yours even when di app dey for language wey you no fit read. Under every name except English, small line dey give di name for English.

Di web get di same 20 languages. Sign in for nourva.ai, den:
- Open Account settings for your dashboard.
- Under Preferences, pick language for Interface language.
- Choose Save preferences. Di page go reload for dat language.
If you want quicker way, use di globe for di top of any dashboard page, beside di code of di language wey you dey use now (like EN). E go open di list of languages with search box, and di page go change as soon as you pick one.
Right to left
Arabic and Urdu dey read from right to left. When you choose any of dem, di whole layout go turn round: menus, lists and di chat go follow di direction of di language. Every other language dey read from left to right. E dey work di same way for di app and for di web.
File wey Nourva make for you dey follow im own language, no be di app own: English report go read from left to right even when di app dey for Arabic.
Answers and speech
Di language of di screens and di language wey you dey talk na two different things.
- Chat. Nourva dey answer for di language of your latest message. Write for French while di app dey for English, and di answer go come back for French. Switch language and Nourva go switch with you.
- Nourva One. For her sheet, tap Options › Conversation › Speaking language. Automatic na where she dey start: she go hear which language you dey talk, and she go use di app language when she no sure. Under A fixed language, pick one of di 20 and she go always talk am. If you change am, she go reconnect for small time.
- A dialect. Ask Nourva One for one, for small time or for good.
