Where you go look
Two places dey show where you dey stand. Di app dey show your balance right now: di free chats wey remain, dis week power and your extra credits. Di web go add di history: every credit wey dem spend or add, di invoices for wetin you pay for di web, and di cards wey you save.

- Tap ⋯ for di top, then Settings.
- Tap di Nourva plan card. Di page wey open na Subscription & usage.
Di card for di top dey show di name of your plan and dis week power as percentage, under Week power. One line below dey talk when di week power go renew. If e don finish, di line go talk so, and if you get extra credits, e go tell you say dem still dey run things. For paid plan, di foot of di card dey show di date wey your plan go renew.
Under Today:
- Free chats dey show wetin remain for your daily number, for example 3 out of 30 remain. See Free chats every day.
- Extra credits dey show how many you get. Under di name you go see Next expiry with date, or E dey stay for your account if none of dem dey expire. Di row dey show only if you get some.
For Starter, no meter dey and no extra credits row dey. One Credits row go show every credit wey you get instead, di credits wey dey pay for everything wey pass basic chat.
Under Wetin dey inside your plan, Weekly power dey show how many credits your plan dey allow every week. Starter no get Weekly power row.

Di app dey show your balance, no be list of every movement: for that one, use di web. If you never sign in, di card go read Nourva plans and e go open di plans instead, so sign in to see your balance.
For di web: Plan and credits
Sign in for nourva.ai, open your dashboard and choose Plan and credits for di side menu. Di AVAILABLE CREDITS panel dey show:
- Di total wey you fit spend now, with Small tag when e dey short.
- One bar wey dey fill with wetin remain for your plan credits.
- Plan: di plan credits wey remain, out of wetin dis billing period give you.
- Extra: your extra credits, with next expiry and im date, or E no dey expire if none of dem dey expire. E dey show only if you get some.
- Wetin you don use this week: di Weekly power wey you don use, out of di week allowance.

Money movements
Open Money movements to see how your credits dey move. Three figures dey for di top: Your balance now, then Used for this history and Added for this history for di rows wey dey for di page.
Each row get name, date, type and di credits. Row for credits wey you spend dey carry di name of di part of Nourva wey spend dem, like Chat, Arachne, Employees, Office, Designer, Financial Market or Nourva One. Credits wey you spend dey show minus sign, and credits wey dem add dey show plus. Small use fit be fraction of one credit.

Type for Search transactions… to find row by im name, reference or amount. Clear filters go bring back every row.
Di page dey show your newest entries for batches. Choose Show more for di next batch.
Export CSV
Export CSV dey save di rows wey match your filter and search as CSV file, wey go open for any spreadsheet app. E get five columns: Movement ID, Date, Description, Type and Credits. To export di whole list, choose All and clear di search first.
Invoices and payment methods
Open Invoices for wetin you pay for di web. Di top dey show Total paid, Paid invoices and di Currency. Filter by All, Dem don pay, Waiting for payment or Cancelled, or search by invoice number or date. Choose See to open invoice, or di download icon to save am as PDF. Your latest invoices dey show for Plan and credits too, with See all.
Open Payment methods to manage di cards wey you dey use pay for di web:
- To add card, choose Add payment method. Our payment provider secure page go open, so you no go ever type card number inside Nourva.
- To make another card wey you save your default, choose Set as default on am. Di default card dey carry di Default tag.
- To drop card, choose Remove and confirm for Remove payment method?. Di card no go fit work again for subscriptions or top-ups.
If payment fail, Plan and credits go show Your payment need attention. with Update payment method.
Plan wey you buy through App Store or Google Play, na dat store dey bill am, so im receipts and payment details dey inside di store, no be for dese pages.
