Sell from your page
Open your shop
Your shop dey stay for your Line page: visitors dey add products to bag and order there, and you dey answer every order inside Arachne. Claim your page name first, because di shop dey show for am.
- For The Line, open Your page and tap Set up for di Shop card.
- Add your products, den choose how people go checkout.
- On Show the shop and Dey take orders.
If Dey take orders off, visitors still go see di shop but dem no fit order, and nobody fit order wen your page dey resting. View your page dey show di shop di way visitors dey see am.
Products and options
Add product go open new product. E go stay draft until you tap Add.
- Pictures: JPEG, PNG or WebP. Di first one na di Cover, and Make am first dey change am.
- Name, Price, Short line and Description. Old price dey show with line across am beside di price.
- Section, New tag, and Shown or Hidden.
- Stock: how many you get. Leave am empty and e go be Dem no dey count am; wen e reach 0, di product go show E don finish.
- Options: title like Size or Colour, den each option with im own price and im own stock.
Picture fit show Dem dey review am: e never show yet. for some time, and your page go show am once dem review am.
Your shop get limits on how many products, sections, options for each product, pictures for each product and terms e fit hold. Di app go tell you wen you reach one.
Checkout and delivery
Checkout dey give two ways to order. Keep at least one on.
- Pay now: di buyer dey pay online wen e order. Di shop dey show di share wey Nourva dey keep from each paid order. To take payments, verify your email for Settings › Account.
- Send, pay later: di buyer go send di order, and you go confirm am and arrange payment with am.
- Currency: one for di whole shop, like USD, EUR or SAR.
- Delivery & pickup: for delivery, Delivery fee, Free if e pass one amount, E go reach in and Dem dey deliver to; for pickup, Pickup place and Pickup note. If none dey on, people go order and you go arrange am with dem.
- Checkout fields: Phone, Email and Note, each one na Required, Optional or Hidden. One way to reach di buyer must always dey required.
- Email receipts: di buyer dey get official Nourva receipt for email for every step of im order, and Send me copy dey send you one too.
You go also write your Terms, how to reach you under Contact, few lines About the shop, and under Your page dey show, wetin go show beside di shop and which one go first. Visitors dey tap Add am for bag, open Your bag and tap Checkout: dem go fill your fields, pick delivery or pickup, and finish with Pay or Send, pay later.
Answer your orders
Orders dey list every order, di newest one first. Each real order dey take your shop next number. Search by number, name, phone or product, or filter di list:

- Order wey dem send to pay later dey show Dem dey wait for your answer. Tap Accept, or tap Decline and confirm: dem go tell di buyer, and dem no go charge anything.
- Wen di order don ready, tap Mark am ready.
- Wen you don hand am over, tap Mark am done.
Order wey dem pay online dey go straight to To prepare. Order wey you leave without answer for some time dey close, and online payment wey dem no finish dey close too. Each order dey show im Timeline, Payment, Handover and Buyer. Add di carrier and Tracking number under Tracking, and di buyer go see dem for im order. Private note na for you alone, Receipts wey don send dey list every email, and Send again dey resend receipt, and di order dey show how many sends remain.
Reports and customers
Reports and Customers dey beside Orders for di top of di shop. For Reports, pick Period of 7, 30, 90 or 365 days:
- Sales and Orders, each one against di period before, with Paid orders, Average order and wetin still dey To collect.
- Items wey sell, Refunds, and orders wey Lost or don expire.
- Order value by day, week or month, as chart or with Show am as table.
- Top products, How dem take pay and How dem take get am.
Customers dey show who order and how many times: All customers, New or Dey come back, each one with Wetin dem spend, dia Last order and Their orders.
Change am from her chat
You fit run di shop from Arachne box: add, price or remove products, change stock, sections, delivery or terms, handle orders and answer visitors.

She dey name prices exactly as your shop write dem and she no dey ever work out new one. Under her answer she fit show products as cards, and visitor fit order from card straight into di bag.
She no dey offer discount, coupon, free item, deposit or any other deal unless your own instruction name dat exact deal: wetin e be, how much, and for who or until wen. Visitor words no dey ever make deal, and checkout dey price every line from your shop.
