Download copy of your data
Wetin you fit download
Your data dey come for three files, and each one get im own place. You fit download any of dem any time, as many times as you like.

Di first two dey come from your dashboard for nourva.ai, wey you fit open for browser for any device. Di app no get button for dem.
Download your account data
- Sign in for nourva.ai and open Account settings for your dashboard.
- Scroll go Manage account and find Download your data.
- Pick Download.
Your browser go save one JSON file. Di name na nourva-data, then di first part of your email address, then di date. Any text editor fit open am.
Di file get:
- your profile: name, email, plan, credit balance, country, language and how you dey sign in
- your devices and di sessions wey you take sign in
- your notification preferences and notifications
- your support tickets and dia messages
- your subscriptions, payments and your whole credit history
- di records of wetin you agree to, and your account activity log
Your Nourva Mind memory get file of im own: export am for di app (see below).
Download your credit transactions
- Open Transactions under Plan and credits for your dashboard.
- To make di list small, pick All, Wetin you use, Added or Membership, or type for di search box.
- Pick Export CSV.
Di CSV get every entry wey match your filter and search, including di ones wey dey behind Show more. Pick All and clear di search to export di whole list. E get five columns: Transaction ID, Date, Description, Type and Credits, and dem go save am as Nourva-transactions followed by di date.
Di page dey keep only your newest entries. For your complete credit history, download your account data wey dey above. To know wetin di figures for dis page mean, see See your balance and usage.
Download your memory for di app
Memory dey inside Professional, Ultimate and Max. For iPhone, iPad and Android:
- Tap Nourva Mind, di last seat for di bar wey dey for di bottom.
- Scroll down and open Memory & permissions.
- Tap Export vault.
Di app go prepare di file and open di share sheet, so you fit save am, send am to yourself or open am inside another app. Di name na nourva-memory followed by di date.
Di file dey start with short note for English and Arabic, then your profile, your preferences and your recent work. E also carry wetin dem keep for dat device only. Arabic and other text wey no be Latin fit look like codes for plain text editor; any JSON reader go turn am back to your words.
To export no change anything for your memory. If you wan clear am instead, see Download or delete your memory.
Anything else
If you want copy of something wey dis files no get, write to privacy@nourva.ai from your account email address. We go check say di request na your own and answer within 30 days.
