1. Tap Nourva Mind for di bar for di bottom.
2. Open Memory & permissions.
3. Tap Export vault.

Nourva go show I dey prepare your export…, den e go open di share sheet make you fit save di file, send am give yourself or open am for another app. Na JSON file wey dem name nourva-memory, and di date follow am. If dem no fit make am, you go see Export fail · try again.

Di file get:

• one short note for English and Arabic about wetin dey inside di file;
• your profile, your preferences and your recent work;
• your daily personality document and your Mindprint profile;
• wetin dem keep for dat device alone, like wetin you ask Nourva One make e remember there;
• di stored layers of your memory, as dem be.

Export no dey change anything inside your memory.

Delete your memory

1. Open Nourva Mind › Memory & permissions.
2. Tap Manage deletion. Di sheet Delete cloud memories go open: Dis go delete your full cloud memory vault across every product — facts, preferences, work history, and di daily persona. You no fit undo am.
3. Type DELETE for di box under Type DELETE to confirm.
4. Tap Delete memory forever, wey get di caption E go run sharp sharp and you no fit undo am under am. If you wan keep your memory, tap Cancel and stay.

If something go wrong, you go see Delete no work · try am again, and dem never delete anything.

Wetin go happen after

• Dem go clear your memory for di cloud, for every part of Nourva, and Nourva go confirm am with Your cloud memory don delete finish.
• For dat device, wetin Nourva One keep there and your Mindprint go clear too.
• Wetin Arachne learn from your missions go comot with am.
• Memory go off. If you wan start again, pick Fully for di cloud or Fully for di device for Memory & permissions, and new memory go start empty.

Your account, your plan, your credits, your chats and your Office projects go stay as dem be.
