How to create your account and sign in
Ways to sign in
One Nourva account dey carry your plan and your work go every device. You go create am one time, for di app or for di web, then you go sign in with am anywhere wey you dey use Nourva. Di sign-in screen for di app dey show dis choices, from top go bottom:

If you never get account, Apple, Google or GitHub go create one di first time wey you use am. For Android, use email, Google or GitHub: Apple sign-in dey work for di iPhone and iPad app. One line under di buttons talk say if you continue, you agree to di Terms, AI Terms and Privacy Policy.
Di first time wey you open di sign-in screen for one device, Welcome to Nourva go come first and e go explain how Nourva dey handle wetin you share. Tap Continue to reach di choices.
Create account with email
- Tap Continue with email.
- Tap Create one account.
- For Join Nourva, put your name, your email and password wey get 8 characters or more.
- Tap Create account.
Nourva go sign you in sharp sharp, or e go send verification link give your email. If di screen show Verification link don enter your email — verify am first, den sign in., open di link, then come back and sign in. Until you do am, sign-in go ask you to verify your email first.
Sign in
- Tap Continue with email.
- Put your email and tap Continue.
- Put your password and tap Sign in.
With Google or GitHub, your browser go open. Finish di sign-in for there, then go back to Nourva: di app go find your account by itself.
If you forget your password
For di password step, tap You forget password?. Nourva go email reset link give di address wey you put, and You forget password? go change to Reset link don send. Open di link inside di email, choose new password, then sign in with am.
If two-factor authentication dey on
After your password, or after Apple, Google or GitHub, di screen go ask you to Put di two-factor code wey dem send you. Type di 6-digit code from your authenticator app and tap Verify. For di web you fit also choose Use backup code and put one of your backup codes.
When your email don already get account
One email address belong to one Nourva account. If you try create second account with am, di app go talk Dis email don register before — abeg sign in instead. Sign in with your password, or tap You forget password? if you no remember am.
If you tap Google or GitHub and dat email already get account wey you create another way, di page for your browser go talk Dis email don get Nourva account already. Sign in di same way wey you take sign up first: with your email and password, or with di button wey you use di first time.
Account wey you create with Apple, Google or GitHub fit get password too. For di app, open Settings › Account › Password and set one. Then you fit sign in with your email too, even for di web, wey no get Apple button.
Continue as guest
Tap Continue as guest to try Nourva without account. Guest fit only chat: 3 messages every day for dat device, with no search, thinking, files, pictures or voice. When di 3 finish, di app go tell you say dem go come back tomorrow, or say you fit create your free account and continue, and e go open Join Nourva for you. Free account dey get 10 free basic chats every day.
To create your account any time as guest, open Settings from di ⋯ menu and tap Sign in for di Sign in to Nourva card.
For di web
You fit also sign up and sign in for nourva.ai, with your email and password, Google or GitHub, then continue for your dashboard.
To sign up, choose Create account, then put your full name, your email and password wey get 8 characters or more. If person give you invite code, open Invite code (if you get) and put am. Under di form, one line talk say you confirm say you reach at least 13 years, with parent or guardian consent if you dey under 18.
If Nourva show Check your email, open di verification link wey e send, then sign in. If di link don expire, sign in and Nourva go email you fresh one. To reset password, choose You forget password? beside di password field.
