One account for every device
One account, every place
One Nourva account dey work inside every Nourva app. Sign in with am for new device and wetin belong to di account don dey there already, you no need copy anything.
Wetin dey follow you:
- Your plan and your credits. Dem belong to di account, so dem be di same for every device. Your free chats na one count wey Nourva app and di web dey share. See Free chats every day.
- Your Office projects. Project dey keep im brief, every version and im files inside your account, so e dey open for any of your devices. If e change for another device, you go see di latest. See Projects and versions: keep one work together.
- Your memory, for plans wey get am. Professional, Ultimate and Max get Nourva Mind. You go choose one time where your memory go dey, and dat choice go follow your account go every device. Starter no get memory. Di computer app dey keep im own memory for di computer. See Nourva Mind: di memory wey dey work for you.
Your chat History different: dem dey keep am for di device where you do di chat and e no dey follow you. See Find your chats, pin dem and share dem.
As guest, without account, you fit chat only, and na only for dat device. Create account or sign in to carry your plan and your work go anywhere.
Sign in for new device
- Install Nourva from App Store or Google Play, or open nourva.ai inside browser. See Get Nourva for your devices.
- Sign in di way wey you first sign up: with email and password, Google, GitHub or Apple.
- If two-factor authentication dey on, enter di 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
Apple sign-in dey work only inside iPhone and iPad app. If you make your account with Apple and you want use Nourva for browser or computer, set password first: for your iPhone, open Settings › Account › Password. Then sign in there with your email and dat password. More inside Create your account and sign in.
Link your watch
Watch no dey ask for your password. E dey link to your account with six-digit code wey e show you. Sign in for your phone first.
Apple Watch
Di Apple Watch app dey come with di Nourva app for your iPhone and e need watchOS 26.
- Open Nourva for your Apple Watch. E go show six-digit code and how long di code go last.
- For your iPhone, tap ⋯ for di top, den Settings › Account › Apple Watch.
- Inside Link Apple Watch, enter di code for Six-digit code and tap Link Watch.
Di iPhone go answer Your watch don link. Open Nourva for your wrist. If di code don expire, get fresh one for di watch. For wetin you fit do from your wrist, see Nourva One for Apple Watch.
Wear OS
Di Wear OS app dey come from di same Google Play listing as di Android app, and you go link am from your Android phone.
- Open Nourva for your watch to see im six-digit code.
- For your phone, tap ⋯ for di top, then Settings, and tap your name, di card wey read Account and watches.
- Tap Your watch.
- Inside Link your watch, enter di code for Six-digit code and tap Link Watch.
CarPlay
CarPlay dey come with di Nourva app for your iPhone and e need iOS 26.4 or newer. E dey use di account wey your iPhone sign in with. Connect your iPhone to di car and open Nourva for di car screen. To talk to Nourva One for di car dey use credits, di same way e dey do for your phone. See Nourva One for CarPlay.
Di web and your computer
- Di web. Open nourva.ai for any browser, sign in and continue from where you stop. Nothing dey to install.
- Windows and Mac. Download di app from di download page and sign in with email and password, Google or GitHub. See Nourva for Windows and Mac.
To move files between your phone and your computer, link di two inside Nourva Drop with six-digit code. See Nourva Drop: send files go your devices.
Sign out, and change your email
To sign out affect only di device wey you do am for, and e no remove anything from your account. Apple Watch wey link to iPhone or iPad wey sign out go ask to link again.
- For your phone or tablet: open Settings › Account and tap Sign Out. Nourva go ask Sign out from Nourva?; tap Sign Out again.
- For watch: choose Sign out inside di settings of Nourva app for di watch. E go comot only dat watch from your account.
- For browser: Security and devices inside your dashboard dey list di browsers wey sign in to your account and e dey let you end any of dem. See Where you don sign in.
