Cancel your plan and how refund dey work
Where you go cancel
You go cancel for where you pay. To cancel go stop di next renewal: your plan go still dey active until di end of di period wey you don already pay for, and your credits go stay with you.

One subscription belong to your Nourva account and e dey work for every device wey you sign in, so cancel am once, for di place wey dey bill am. If you pay for web, di app go tell you so for Settings › Subscription & usage: «Dem dey manage your subscription from your web account, no be through App Store.»
Cancel for web
- Sign in for nourva.ai and open Plan and credits inside your dashboard.
- Choose Manage membership.
- Read Cancel subscription? and choose Stop renewal. To keep di plan, choose Keep my plan.
- Finish for di secure payment page wey open.
Back for Plan and credits, di page go read Automatic renewal dey off. with di date wey your plan go stay active reach. You fit also write to support@nourva.ai and ask us to cancel am.
If you change your mind
Until dat date, open Plan and credits, choose Resume renewal and confirm. Your plan go continue to renew for im current price, and dem no go charge anything dat day.
Cancel for App Store or Google Play
Plan wey you buy inside di app, Apple or Google dey bill am, so you go cancel am for di store, no be for Nourva.
- iPhone and iPad: open Settings › Subscription & usage and tap Manage for App Store, or open di App Store, tap your profile and choose Subscriptions.
- Android: open Google Play › Subscriptions and cancel Nourva there.
Cancel at least 24 hours before di period end, or di store go renew am. If you cancel for web, e no go stop store billing, and if you delete your Nourva account, e no go stop am too. If you plan to delete your account, cancel di store subscription first: see Delete your account.
Wetin go happen when your plan end
For di end of di paid period, your account go move go Starter:
- You go keep every credit wey you get. Plan credits wey you never use go become extra credits wey no dey ever expire.
- You go get Starter 10 free basic chats every day. Everything wey pass basic chat go run on credits, and Starter no fit buy credits.
- Memory don close. Dem no delete anything inside am.
To come back, choose plan again: see Upgrade or change your plan.
Refunds
Section 5.5 of di Terms set di rules.
- Web payments na final. Dem no dey refund subscriptions, renewals, upgrades and credits wey you buy for web, whether you use di credits or you no use dem.
- Charge wey dem make by mistake. If dem charge you two times for web, or dem charge you after valid cancellation, write to support@nourva.ai within 7 days of di charge and we go look into am.
- EU and UK. Nothing inside di Terms dey limit your legal 14-day right to withdraw from digital service. If you ask make di service start at once and then you withdraw, dem fit deduct amount wey match wetin you don use.
- App Store and Google Play. Apple and Google dey refund dia own purchases under dia own rules. Ask di store wey charge you.
