Upgrade or change your plan
Change am for where you pay for am
You fit move go higher or lower plan anytime. Your plan belong to your Nourva account and e dey work anywhere you sign in, but you go change am for di place wey dey bill you:
- You buy am for web? Change am inside your dashboard for nourva.ai.
- You buy am inside di iPhone or iPad app? Change am inside di app, through di App Store.
If na di web dey bill you, di app go talk am under your plan: Dem dey manage your subscription from your web account, no be through App Store.

Change your plan for web
- Sign in for nourva.ai and open Choose your plan inside your dashboard.
- Pick Monthly or Yearly for di top.
- Choose di plan wey you want, for example Choose Ultimate. Your own plan go show Current plan, with di date wey e go renew.
- Read di window wey open, then confirm.

Dem no dey charge anything before you confirm, and we go email you to confirm di change. If you never get paid plan, when you choose one e go take you go di secure payment page instead.
Undo downgrade wey you don schedule
Until di cycle end, your dashboard home dey show Plan downgrade don schedule for di date, with di name of di lower plan. Choose Cancel di change, then confirm Cancel di change, and you go stay for your current plan.
Change your plan for iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings and tap di Nourva plan card for di top. Subscription & usage go open.
- Tap Change plan. If you dey Starter, tap See plans.
- For Choose your plan, pick Monthly or Yearly, then tap one plan.
- Tap di button under di plans: Subscribe if you no get paid plan, or Switch to Ultimate, for example. Di line under am go name di plan and im price.
- Confirm for di App Store sheet, wey dey show your price for your own currency before you pay.
When your own plan don select, di button go read Your current plan; for im other billing cycle e go read Switch to Yearly or Switch to Monthly. When your Weekly power dey low, Subscription & usage go show Move up plan, wey go open di same list.
Manage for App Store, for Subscription & usage, go open your subscription inside App Store settings.
Restore Purchases
You subscribe through di App Store, but your plan no dey show? Tap Restore Purchases for Subscription & usage or Choose your plan. Nourva go answer you with one line:
- Restore complete. Ultimate dey active. E find your subscription.
- No active subscription dey found for dis Apple Account. Di Apple Account for dis device no get any.
- Your subscription dey linked to another Nourva account. Email support@nourva.ai to move am. Write to support@nourva.ai and we go move am.
Buy first, sign in after
You fit buy plan inside di app before you get account.
- Open Settings and tap Nourva plans for di top.
- Pick one plan and tap Subscribe. Under di button, di app go talk: Buy now, sign in later. Your plan go follow you.
- Confirm for di App Store sheet.
Your plan go dey active for dat iPhone or iPad straight away. To use am for Arachne, The Office and di rest of Nourva, sign in or create account: Subscription & usage dey ask for exactly dat, with Sign in button.
How to go back to Starter
Starter na di free plan, so you go reach am by cancelling paid one.
- For iPhone and iPad, choose Starter for Choose your plan. Di button go become Manage for App Store, with di line To move go Starter, cancel your plan for App Store settings. Your credits go still dey with you.
- For web, if you choose Starter, Cancel subscription? go open instead of plan change.
Your paid plan go run reach di end of di period wey you pay for. When plan end, you go move go Starter and keep every credit wey you get. Di steps, and wetin go happen to refunds, dey inside Cancel your plan and how refund dey work.
One subscription at a time
Second subscription wey you buy for another platform no dey add to di first one. If di web dey bill you already and you try to buy inside di app, e go tell you: Your subscription dey active already through di web, so no need for second one from App Store. If you buy second one by mistake, write to support@nourva.ai.
If di plan buttons for web dey locked, e mean say your email address never verify: di page go show Verify your email before you subscribe. Open di link inside dat email, or choose Resend link to get new one.
