Scan one paper
Wetin scan go give you
Scan one paper dey read page and give you im words back as tidy text, with im headings and tables wey dem arrange for di page. Use am for invoice, contract, ID, whiteboard or letter. E be one of di four tools for di home screen of The Office, beside Make one file for me, Write am for me and Think am with me.
You must sign in first before you fit scan, and each page wey e read dey use credits. Credits go explain how e dey work for each plan.
Scan one paper
- Open The Office and tap Scan one paper. Di screen title na Make the paper talk.
- Pick one of di three ways to start.
- Snap di picture or pick di files. Di scan go start sharp sharp.

If you pick more pictures pass wetin di limit allow, di app go keep di first ones and tell you. If PDF long pass di limit, dem go read am reach di limit only, and di result go carry note wey talk am.
If paper get plenty pages, snap each page then pick dem together from di album, or scan am as one PDF.
While e dey read
Di card go show three steps: Preparing images, Reading pages and Formatting di result. For di second step, e go count di pages as dem finish, and if e pass one page, one film strip go show each page as dem dey read am.
You fit comot from di card and use di rest of di app while e dey read. To end scan, tap Stop and confirm: di work go stop there. If Work don ready or e stop dey on for Settings › Notifications, Nourva go tell you Your scan don ready when e finish.
If nothing fit read, di card go talk say E no fit finish with di reason. Tap Try again to read di same files again, or New scan to start from beginning.
Wetin you fit do with di result
Di result go open under From paper… to words. Above di text, small counters go show di pages, words, tables and charts wey e find. If na only some pages fit read, note above di text go talk am, for example We read 3 of 5 — try again for di rest.

To one document and To one sheet dey work from di text for di page, so translate first if you want di file for another language. If scan long well well, dem go convert only im first part.
You fit also type for di box for di bottom, Ask about this scan…. Your question go go Think am with me with di scan attached.
Keep scan
- Tap Keep am for di result.
- Open My Files, then di Scans folder.
Once dem don save am, di button go show Don save for my papers. If di scan come from one file, dem go save di original beside di text too, except if e big well well. If you translate scan wey you don keep, di translation na new text, so Keep am go dey available again. Di scan screen dey list your Latest scan dem: swipe one row to rename or delete am.
Credits
Each page wey scan read dey use credits. For Professional, Ultimate and Max, scan dey take from your credits. Starter no come with credits, so for Starter scan dey run on credits wey Nourva don give you; if you no get any, di app go talk say Di real scanner na paid feature — upgrade and try am sharp sharp. If those credits finish for middle of di scan, you go get di pages wey dem don read, with note like We read 3 of 5 — try again for di rest.
Wetin you do with di result next, like translation, file or question to di consultant, na Office work and e dey use credits too.
