Sign PDF or picture

Sign one file

Use Sign when PDF or picture need your signature. Your signatures dey stay for your phone; you go tap di page where one go sit, and The Office go return signed copy. Di file wey you start from no go change.

You get two ways to start:

• Write am for me › Sign am, then pick di paper. Use dis one for file wey dey your phone, or when you wan make signature first.
• PDF ⋯ menu › Sign am. Use dis one for PDF wey The Office make for you, or one wey dey My Files. Di page go open with di file don ready.

You must sign in first before you fit sign. E dey inside di paid plans; for Starter, e go open when your account get credits, and if you no get any, di app go talk say Dis tool na paid feature — upgrade and try am sharp sharp. See Plans at a glance.

Make signature

1. Open Write am for me › Sign am.
2. Tap di dashed box wey get plus (+), after your saved signatures. Di New signature page go open.
3. Pick Draw or Import an image.
4. Tap Save di signature. Di app go confirm with Signature saved.

Draw. Draw your signature with your finger for di pad. Tap one of di 4 ink dots to sign for black, blue, red or violet. Undo go remove di last line wey you draw, and Clear di pad go start everything again.

Import an image. Tap Pick photo of your signature and pick photo of your name wey you write for plain paper. Di app go lift di ink comot from di paper and show you di result. Move di Pickup sensitivity slider until di signature look correct: raise am to catch faint lines, lower am to drop marks wey no be ink. If di app talk say No clear ink dey — raise di sensitivity or try clearer photo, raise di slider or pick sharper photo.

Dem go pick your newest signature for you. You fit keep plenty signatures for dis phone, one set for each account wey you sign in with.

Sign one paper

1. Open Write am for me › Sign am. Under Pick di paper wey you wan sign, tap Pick PDF abi picture for file wey dey your phone, or My Files for PDF or picture wey you don already get there. If you start from PDF ⋯ menu, tap Sign am and skip dis step.
2. Tap di signature wey you want. Di one wey you pick go get ring round am.
3. Tap di page where di signature go sit, or tap Put di signature here make e land near di lower right of di page.
4. Drag di signature to move am, drag im corner handle to change im size, or tap − or + beside di chip to make am smaller or bigger.
5. If di PDF get more pages, use di arrows under di page to go another page and put di signature there too. Di label go show like Page 1 of 3, for example.
6. Tap Apply di signature. Di button go show E dey run — small moment… while e dey work.

When e finish, di app go show Dem sign am — di file don ready and one card with di signed file. Tap Open to see am, Share to send di file itself, or Send am go… to hand am to another part of Nourva. Dem go also keep one copy for My Files, inside di Outputs folder.

To comot di signature from di page wey you dey, tap Remove am from dis page. If you dey use keyboard, di arrow keys go move di signature and Shift with di arrows go change im size.

Repeat for every page

If di PDF get more than one page, one switch wey dem call Repeat am for every page go show. Turn am on and di signature go enter every page, for di spot and size wey you set for di first page where you put am. Put am for at least one page first; if not, di app go talk say Put di signature for di page first.

Remove signature

Each saved signature get × for im corner. Tap am and di app go ask You sure? with di line Dis signature go comot from your phone. Tap Remove am to delete am, or Cancel to keep am. When you reach di limit, di dashed box go hide; remove one make space dey for new one.

Limits and wetin you suppose know

• File get size limit. If file too big, di app no go accept am, and e go tell you.
• Your signatures dey stay for dis phone. When you apply one, di paper and dat signature go enter Nourva.
• Signed PDF still be PDF, and signed JPG, PNG or WebP picture still be di same kind of picture. Di signed copy go keep di file name with -signed added.
• If di board talk say Pick signature first, tap one of your signatures, or make one with di dashed box.
• If you see I no fit connect — check di network den try again, Di tool no fit run — try again or I no fit run am — try again, check your connection then tap Apply di signature again.
