Every plan dey give you free basic chats every day: 10 for Starter, 30 for Professional, 40 for Ultimate and 50 for Max. Basic chat na text message wey no get search, thinking, file, picture or voice. Everything wey pass basic chat dey run on credits.

Starter na free plan wey every screen dey open, but e no come with credits and e no fit buy dem. Credits wey Nourva give you dey work for any plan. Which languages Nourva dey talk?

Di app for iPhone, iPad and Android, and di web, dey come in 20 languages; Apple Watch, CarPlay and di computer apps dey show less. Nourva dey answer for di language wey you write, and Nourva One dey follow di language wey you talk, or one wey you choose for her. To change di language for di screens, open Settings › Language. Arachne

E safe to let Arachne act for me?

You decide how much she go do alone. Tap ⋯ for Arachne, choose Tune and pick Ask me every step, Ask me when e matter (where she dey start) or Trust me. For every level, payments and purchases, messages wey she send as you, transfers and account changes, and to delete anything go wait for your tap on approval card. When money dey involved, di price dey come first.

She no dey take orders from page: any step wey go act on wetin page tell her go wait for your card. Every time she act instead of read, she dey keep receipt, and you fit undo some actions from am. See Wetin she go ask you first and Receipts and how to undo am.

How I go stop mission?

Tap Stop. For Board, e dey for di top of her screen as she dey work. For Line, tap di square stop button beside her box. For Terminal, type /stop. Nothing more go run and dem no go charge you for anything again, and di steps and files wey she don finish go stay inside di session. See Give Arachne one job.

Wetin "don finish" mean?

When she finish, her answer dey come first, den Wetin I do go list wetin she do, with receipt for each action wey leave your phone. Files and reports dey land as cards wey you fit open. If step fail or site no let her enter, she go talk am instead of say e don finish. See Sabi Arachne.

Mission go stop if I lock my phone?

No. Missions dey run for Nourva cloud, so she go continue wen you lock di phone or close di app. Notification go tell you Your mission don finish, or Nourva need your approval wen card dey wait, and if you tap am, e go open dat mission. See Sabi Arachne.

Memory, privacy and di web

Wetin Nourva dey remember, and I fit delete am?

For Professional, Ultimate and Max, Nourva Mind dey remember wetin you like, di people for your life, your plans and your work, so you no go repeat yourself. Starter and chats without account no get memory. For Professional, Ultimate and Max, memory dey on by itself di first time you use Nourva, and one card go let you keep am or turn am off; Memory & permissions go let you change am any time.

You fit read, fix, forget or add memory. To clear all of am and keep your account, open Nourva Mind › Memory & permissions › Manage deletion. You no fit undo delete, so tap Export vault first if you want copy. For one chat wey no go leave trace, choose Use Incognito from ⋯ inside di chat.

Nourva dey use my data train models?

No. Nourva no dey use your messages, files, voice, documents or memory to train models. Dem encrypt your memory with key wey be for your account, and dem no dey sell am or use am for ads. See How your memory and your privacy dey safe and di Privacy policy.

Nourva fit read di web?

Yes. For chat, tap + beside di box, choose Search and pick Quick, Standard or Deep. Answers wey use di web dey carry numbered sources wey you fit open. Paste link wey start with https:// and Nourva go read dat page and answer from am. Arachne fit work real pages for you too.

Plans, account and help

How I go cancel my plan?

You go cancel for where you pay.

• For web: open Plan and credits, choose Manage membership, den Stop renewal, and finish for di secure payment page wey open.
• For App Store: for iPhone or iPad, open Settings › Subscription & usage and tap Manage for App Store.
• For Google Play: open Google Play › Subscriptions and cancel Nourva there.

Your plan go stay active reach di end of di period wey you pay for. Den you go move go Starter, keep every credit wey you hold, and dem go close your memory but dem no go delete am. See Cancel your plan and how refund dey work.

How I go delete my account?

For di app, open Settings › Account and tap Delete Account…. For web, open Account settings and choose Delete account. Delete dey work everywhere at once. Cancel store subscription first, because to delete your account no dey stop store billing. If na mistake, write to privacy@nourva.ai within 30 days. See Delete your account.

How I go reach person?

For di app, tap ⋯, den Settings, den Help & Support to open di Contact page: your message go open ticket, and di team go answer by email. You fit also write to support@nourva.ai.
