Fonts inside di Designer

Fonts na where di Designer dey find typeface for your brand. Search free library, find di closest match to lettering wey you see for somewhere, or bring font file wey you already get. Font wey you keep go enter your brand kit, and di posts wey you make go carry am.

1. Open Apps and tap The Designer.
2. Under Wetin to make, tap Fonts.

You fit also tap + inside di Designer and pick One font; e go open di same screen. You need to sign in before you fit use Fonts.

Search di free library

Di screen go talk Search the free library, or bring your own. Every font inside am na free.

1. Tap one category: All, Serif, Sans-serif, Display, Handwriting or Monospace.
2. Or type name inside di box, Search font name…. Di results dey update as you dey type.
3. Scroll di list. Each row dey show one short phrase wey dem write with dat font, im name, im category and how many weights e get, for example 3 weights.

If you type name of one well-known paid font, Nourva go put di nearest free one for di top of di list and tell you: The closest free match to “…” na …. When nothing fit, you go see No font find.

Find font from photo

Use dis one when you like di letters wey dey for sign, label or poster and you want free font wey look like dem.

1. For di Fonts screen, tap From one photo.
2. Tap Add photo and pick one picture wey get di lettering inside.
3. Wait while e dey show E dey read the lettering….
4. Under Lettering find, tap one match.

Di matches na free lookalikes only, dem no be copy of di original file at all. Di photo wey you add go comot from Nourva servers after small time. Daily limit dey: when you reach am, di screen go talk Dat one enough for today. Try again tomorrow.

Keep font inside your brand kit

Tap any font inside di list or inside di matches of one photo. If you never get brand kit, Nourva go talk You need brand kit first. and offer Open kit. If you get kit, one sheet wey get title Use … for… go open with three choices:

Under Display type and Body text, di sheet dey show di font wey dey dat role now, or No set. Dem no fit keep font wey already be your display or body font for second time: Nourva go talk That font already get role for your kit.

Your kit dey keep limited number of fonts wey no get role, and di app go tell you when e full. If you wan free one place, open Your fonts, tap di font wey dem keep and pick Let am go, then tap Let am go again to confirm. Di same menu fit give font wey dem keep one role: Display type or Body text.

Bring your own font

You fit use font file wey you get right to use. E dey work with OTF, TTF, WOFF or WOFF2 files, and Nourva dey use am only inside wetin you make.

1. For di Fonts screen, tap Your fonts.
2. Turn on I get the licence for dis font. Nourva no dey ever share or sell am.
3. Tap Add font file and pick di file.
4. Inside di Use … for… sheet, pick Display type, Body text or Just keep am.

You fit also reach Your fonts from your brand kit: tap ⋯ and pick Change the type, or tap one font under Type. If di switch off, Nourva go talk Turn on the licence switch first. If you no get brand kit, di screen go talk Save brand kit to give am e own fonts.

Use am for your posts and your brand

When you get brand kit, every post wey you make go use am, and di two fonts of di kit go guide di style of di lettering. Your kit dey list dem under Type, as Headlines and Smaller text.

When no font get di word wey you want, Nourva fit draw am as custom lettering for different styles.

1. For di Fonts screen, tap One word wey no font get.
2. Type di word inside di box and send am.
3. Tap Draw am. Di button dey show di price in credits.

If you wan give di word one feel, type am inside di box instead of to tap Draw am, like “make e round, like sunrise”, and send am; Nourva go draw di word with dat feel.
