Where you fit find help
Help dey one tap away for di app and one page for di web. Dem both lead go di same place: di Contact page, where your message go open ticket and di team go answer you by email. Before you write, di quick fixes below and di questions wey people dey ask fit save you di wait.
Write to support from di app
For iPhone, iPad and Android:
- Tap ⋯ for di top, den tap Settings.
- Tap Help & Support. E go open di Contact page for your browser.
- Choose one topic, like Something no dey work, Plans, credits and billing or Your account and sign-in.
- Fill Your name, Email and Message, den tap Send message.
For web, open di Contact page direct. Your ticket number go show for di page sharp sharp, confirmation go reach di email address wey you enter, and di reply go come to di same address. You fit also write to support@nourva.ai.
Wetin to put inside
Message wey answer three questions dey usually get useful first reply, without back and forth.
- Di device. iPhone, iPad, Android, Apple Watch, CarPlay, di web, Windows or Mac.
- Wetin you do. Di screen wey you dey and di steps wey you take, one by one.
- Wetin you see. Di exact words of any message wey di app show, and wetin you expect instead.
Di message box get length limit, and di page go tell you if your message too long. No put your password or code from your authenticator app inside di message.

Quick fixes
- Voice no dey start. For iPhone and iPad, open Settings › Privacy & Security › iPhone permissions, tap Open iPhone Settings and check say Microphone dey allowed. Nourva dey use am only for conversation or dictation wey you start.
- Mission dey go wrong way. Tap Stop. Nothing more go run, and dem no go charge you any more.
- You no fit sign in. For di sign-in screen, tap You forget password?. Nourva go send reset link.
- You change your email and one device ask you to sign in. If you change your email, e go sign you out for your other devices. Sign in again with di new address.
- Your subscription link to another Nourva account. Email support@nourva.ai make dem move am.
- Message need credits wey you no get. Di app go tell you. Free chats dey cover basic text messages only; see Free chats wey you dey get every day.
