Wetin you fit ask
Add photo, PDF or document to your message and ask about am. Nourva go read wetin you attach and answer from am.
Wetin dis letter dey ask make I do, and by when?Use am to get summary of long report, di numbers from table, di text wey dey sign wey you snap, or explanation of contract for simple words. Attachments na for questions about something wey you don already get. If you wan make new picture, see Make pictures and change dem.
Attach something
- For chat, tap + wey dey beside di box.
- Choose Fotos to pick from your library, Camera to snap photo, or Files to pick document. You fit pick plenty photos or files at once.
- Check di cards wey show above di box. Tap card to look am, or tap × on am to remove am.
- Write your question and send di message.
To add more, tap + again. One line above di box dey count wetin you add, for example 3 items. For di message wey you send, photo go show as small picture and document go show as chip with im name.
If di camera no open, check say Nourva get permission to use camera inside your phone settings, or choose Fotos instead.

Nourva no dey read other kinds of file, like audio, video or zip archives. If document very long, dem go read am from di beginning, and Nourva go talk inside im answer say dem cut di file.

How many, and wetin your message go tell you
One message dey take limited number of items. Di pages of scanned PDF count among dem.
When you try add more than wetin fit enter, di line above di box go tell you: e go ask you to remove one first if di message don full, or e go talk how many dem leave out.
When file no go through, short note go show under your message, and di rest of di message still go go:
- I no fit read: with di file name and — dem no send am. Di file na kind wey Nourva no fit read, document wey spoil or wey dem lock, or text file wey too big.
- Dem no send am, with di file name: dat file no fit enter di message.
Nourva answer go also talk which files e no receive. If you wan ask about file wey dem leave out, attach am again for your next message.
Credits and accounts
Basic chat na text message wey no get search, thinking, file, picture or voice. Message with photo or file pass basic chat, so e dey use credits.
- Starter: attachments dey run on credits. Starter no come with credits, but credits wey Nourva give you dey work for any plan. If you no get any credit, when you tap Fotos, Camera or Files, E need credit go show, with See plans. Your free basic chats still dey work.
- Professional, Ultimate and Max: for di app, message with attachment wey fall inside your free chats for di day go cost only di difference over basic chat. After your free chats, e go run on your credits.
- If you no get account: you fit chat only, so attachments no dey available. If you tap one, e go ask you to sign in.
