Den you fit write to dem, call dem, or ask dem to make finished work like plan, report or CV.

When question need facts, di employee go look am up before e answer. Di desk go show I dey find out first and each lookup, like Web search, News, Weather or Price and rate, then e go show whether e find something.

Di Hiring page dey arrange di employees into four groups, and each group get one chip for di top: Work, Life, House and Learn.

Hire your first employee

1. Tap Hiring for di bar.
2. Choose one group chip, or stay for All.
3. Tap one employee to open im card. E dey show wetin e dey do and two good first things wey you fit ask.
4. Tap di button wey get im name, for example Hire Emma. Di app go confirm am with Emma don join your team.

If you tap one of di two first questions instead, dem go hire di employee and send di question for one step.

Once you don hire person, Your team chip go show and your team go dey first for di list. Number of employees wey you fit hire no get limit. To let one go, open im desk, tap ⋯ and choose Let Emma go. Di app go ask you first, and di work wey e make go still dey your phone.

Wetin you fit do with dem

• Write to dem. For desk, type inside di box wey talk say Message Emma…. Tap + to add Photos, Camera shot or Files, plenty at one time. See Hire person and ask am.
• Ask for finished work. Tell dem wetin to make. You go see am move pass Collect, Plan and Build, and di result go dey wait for you under E don ready for dia desk. See Get report, share am or delete am.
• Call or video. Each employee dey talk with im own voice, and di words dey show for screen. Put di camera on to show dem something. See Call or video call one employee.
• Hold meeting. Put two or three of your team for one table while di secretary dey take notes, and collect di minutes for di end. See Hold meeting and collect di minutes.
• Lessons for pikin. Noah, di Teacher, dey give lessons to pikin. Di phone go stay inside di lesson until adult end am. See Lessons for pikin with di Teacher.

• Limits. Some work get daily limit. When you reach am, di app go talk say Na the limit for today be dat.
• Memory. Di employees dey follow Nourva memory and dem no get switch of dia own. Dem dey use wetin Nourva remember when your memory dey on Fully for di cloud. If na Fully for di device, or you turn memory off, dem no go use am. See On di memory and choose wetin go remember.
