Find wetin reach your phone
File wey one device wey you link send to you go land inside Nourva for dis phone, and e go dey there until you delete am. Files wey don dey di phone dey open even when you dey offline.
- Open Apps and tap Nourva Drop.
- Look under For this phone. Di number beside am na how many files you get.
- Tap one file make im page open.
Each row dey show di file size, di day e reach and, if dem sabi am, di device wey e come from («From» and di device name). Thumbnails dey show when Show previews don on; dem dey draw dem for dis phone only.
When you get plenty files, one row of filters go show: All, Images, Documents, Media and Links. Di list dey show di first files only; tap Show everything for di rest and Show small make e fold back.

Open, share or delete one file
Di file page dey show preview and di file Size, From, E don reach and File type, with dis options:
- Open with app dey open di file for your phone viewer, or for Safari if na link.
- Share or save copy dey open di share sheet, so you fit save am for Files, send am by AirDrop or give am to another app.
- Send go and your device name dey send di file go di device wey you link.
- Remove am from this phone dey remove am from Nourva for dis phone.
To delete one file:
- Open di file and tap Remove am from this phone.
- Tap Delete to confam, or No remove am make e stay.
Na only di copy wey dey inside Nourva for dis phone dem go remove. Di transfer record go still dey.
Follow one transfer
File wey dey road dey show under E dey waka with im percent. File wey no fit send dey show under E need you. Copy wey you send wey dey wait for di cloud dey show under E dey wait for and di device name, with E dey encrypted, e dey wait and di day wey dem go keep am reach. Files wey you send dey list under E don send.
Tap any of dem rows make Transfer details open: From, To, Status, Size and When, plus E go stay until for copy wey dey wait. Di Status row dey read like dis:

To withdraw one copy wey dey wait:
- Open im Transfer details and tap Withdraw.
- Tap Withdraw again to confam, or Keep am make e still dey wait.
Di encrypted copy go comot from di cloud, and di other device no go receive am.
File wey you send no dey add copy to di files for dis phone. You go open am where local copy dey.
Limits and temporary copies
File dey wait for di cloud as temporary copy until di other device receive am. How big one file fit be and how much transfer space you get dey depend on your plan. Dem dey keep temporary copies for fixed number of days. See Plans at a glance.
To see your figures, open Nourva Drop and tap Storage under Settings. E dey show how much of your transfer space dey use, For one file, Your plan and Temporary copies dey kept for. Files wey dey dis phone no dey count there.
When you dey send from dis phone, file wey too big go bring The file pass the limit. with di size wey your plan allow; choose smaller file. When di space full, you go see Space no reach.; tap Manage space to open Storage.
Wipe di temporary copies
To wipe dem go free di transfer space wey copies wey still dey wait to reach dey take.
- Open Nourva Drop and tap Storage.
- Tap Wipe the temporary copies.
- Tap Yes, wipe am to confam, or No wipe am to cancel.
Copies wey dey wait to reach go go. If one no reach di other device, send di original again. Di transfer log go keep im rows.
If file no reach
- Open Nourva Drop for dis phone. Di device wey you link no dey open always, so file wey dem send when di app close go wait as encrypted copy until e reach or im temporary copy expire.
- If E need you show This phone key don change, nothing dey send or receive. Tap am, choose Reset this phone key, then link your computer again. Files wey don dey dis phone go still dey.
- If one device under Your devices show Key don change, sending go am don pause until you link am again.
- When you see You dey offline, files wey don dey dis phone go open as normal, and transfers go continue once connection come back.
