How to buy more credits
Before you buy
For Professional, Ultimate and Max, you fit buy extra credits anytime: for web, or inside di app for iPhone and iPad. Credits dey pay for everything wey pass basic chat, like search, thinking, files, pictures and voice.
Nourva dey spend your plan credits first and your extra credits after dem, so extra credits dey keep Nourva dey work when your Weekly power finish. Di weekly allowance no dey limit dem.
Starter no fit buy credits. Choose paid plan first; see Upgrade or change your plan. Credits wey Nourva give you dey work for any plan, Starter too.
Buy credits for web
- Sign in for nourva.ai and open Plan and credits inside your dashboard.
- Choose Add credits.
- Pick amount, or type your own under You pay, from $5 to $1,000. You go get 200 credits for every $1, and di dialog go show how many you go get.
- Choose Continue to payment and finish for di payment page.
Dem no go charge you anything until you finish di payment. When e complete, you go return to Plan and credits, wey go show your new balance.
Buy credits for iPhone and iPad
For di app, credits dey come as packs from di App Store.
- Open Settings › Subscription & usage.
- Tap Buy credits.
- Choose one pack. Each pack na one-time purchase, no be subscription.
- Tap di Buy … credits button, wey go carry di name of di pack wey you choose, and confirm with di App Store.
Di App Store dey show your price before you pay, and e dey charge your Apple Account when you confirm. Dem go add di credits to di Nourva account wey you sign in with.
Which credits dey expire

Every web purchase get im own date, and Nourva dey spend di extra credits wey go expire first. Both Subscription & usage for di app and Plan and credits for web dey show di next date. See Check your balance and usage.
If something no work well
- You dey Starter: for web, Add credits no dey available and di page go talk say credit purchases dey come with paid plan. For di app, Buy credits no dey show. Choose paid plan first.
- Your credits never show: after App Store purchase, e fit take small time. Wait, then open Subscription & usage again.
- Charge no look correct: credit purchases for web na final. If dem charge you by mistake, for example two times, write to support@nourva.ai within 7 days. Apple dey refund App Store purchases under dia own rules. See Cancel your plan and how refund dey work.
