Choose where your memory go stay
Your memory get three settings, and you go choose between dem for one page. Open am like this:
- Tap Nourva Mind for di bar wey dey di bottom.
- Tap Memory & permissions.
- Tap Fully for di cloud or Fully for di device.

Di line for di top of di page dey tell you which one you choose. Dem save your choice for your account, so your other devices go follow am. If you wan make memory work across di chat, Arachne, The Office and your employees, choose Fully for di cloud.
To off memory no mean say dem delete am. To delete am, see Download your memory or delete am.
Di first time for paid plan
For Professional, Ultimate and Max, if you never choose, memory go on by itself di first time you use Nourva, as Fully for di cloud. Den one card go show for Memory & permissions and for top of di Chat and Arachne boxes:
Your memory dey on now — e dey encrypted with your key, dem no dey use am train anything, dem no dey share am. Arachne and Nourva go remember you from here.
Tap I get am to keep am on, or Turn am off to off memory for your account.
As long as memory dey off, one strip for top of di Chat and Arachne boxes go read Memory don off — on am make di experience fit you. E dey encrypted always, no training, no sharing. Tap On di memory to open Memory & permissions, or close di strip. Once you close am, e go stay closed for dat device.
Choose wetin go remember
For Memory & permissions, one switch dey for each part of Nourva, and e decide whether dat part fit use your memory. Fully for di cloud dey on all of dem, and you fit off any one.

One conversation without memory
For one chat wey no go leave trace, tap ⋯ inside di chat, den tap Use Incognito. Di chat go show Incognito chat — no history, no memory: e no dey keep history and e no dey add anything to your memory. See Chat for Incognito.

Starter no get memory. For there, Nourva Mind dey open Memory & permissions with Memory dey start from Professional and di line Upgrade your plan make Nourva keep your context, your style and wetin you like inside encrypted vault. To move go plan wey get memory, see Upgrade your plan or change am.
If your plan end, dem go close your memory but dem no go delete am, and e go work again when you return go Professional, Ultimate or Max.
