- Open di setup file from your browser downloads.

Sign in
Use di account wey you don get, or create one for di same screen.
- Choose Log In, or Create Account if you be new.
- Enter your email and password, or choose Google or GitHub. Your browser go open, and you go come back to di app when you finish.
- If two-factor authentication dey on, enter di 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
You forget your password? Choose Forgot password? under di password box, and Nourva go email you link to reset am.

Your memory dey stay for di computer
Di memory wey Nourva build for computer dey stay inside encrypted store for dat computer. Nourva no dey send am go di cloud unless you choose to share am, as e dey below. Memory na part of Professional, Ultimate and Max. For Starter, di Memory page dey show Memory is a Professional feature, and memories wey you don save before go stay for di computer, nobody go touch dem, and dem go work again when you upgrade.
To give Arachne di same context while dis computer no dey connect, open Memory › Share live memory with cloud. Choose how much of your recent memory you wan share (1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days or 1 month), den Share. Di shared copy go dey up to date, and nothing else dey go. Stop sharing go delete am sharp sharp.
Updates and repairs
Nourva no dey install updates by itself. New version dey come from new installer, wey you go run.
- When Nourva announce new version, banner for di top of di window go talk so. Choose Download to get di new installer, den run am.
- If your version too old to continue to use, di Update required screen go show. Choose Download latest, den Run installer when e ready. Quit go close Nourva.
- To check by yourself, open Account › Maintenance › Check for Updates. Nourva go talk You are up to date, or say update dey available.
- For Mac, you go get new version by downloading di package again from nourva.ai/download.
If something no dey work, open Account › Maintenance:
- Clear Cache dey clear di temporary data wey di app store.
- Fix Nourva dey check di app and e dey offer Fix All for wetin e find. E dey there when you sign in for paid plan, and di wrench inside di bar for di bottom of di window dey open am too.
