Di five tools

PDF tools dey inside The Office under Write am for me. Use dem when you don already get di files and you only need to change their shape: one PDF from many files, smaller file to send, long PDF for pieces, or pictures instead of pages. Dem no dey write anything for you here; di tools dey work on exactly wetin you give dem.

Run one tool

You must sign in first before you fit run tool.

1. Open The Office from di bottom bar, then tap Write am for me.
2. Tap PDF tools.
3. Under Wetin to do, tap di tool wey you want.
4. Under Files, tap di pick row, like Pick files (PDF and pictures), then pick your files.
5. Set di tool option, if e get one. Dem describe di options below.
6. Tap Run am now.
7. When di file card show, tap Open to see am, Share to send di file itself, or Send am go… to hand am to another part of Nourva.

Run am now go show once di tool get wetin e need: two files for Merge files, one file for every oda tool. While e dey work, di screen go show E dey run — small moment…. Dem go also keep copy of di finished file for My Files, except if e big well well.

Put di files for order

For Merge files and Pictures → PDF, once you don add two or more files, each file go get up arrow (Move am up) and down arrow (Move am down). Di line under di list go show Di file wey dey on top go first: di file wey dey top go become di first pages. Di minus button beside file (Remove am) go comot am from di list.

Pick level or part size

Compress one PDF go show Level row, and e dey set to Balanced except you change am.

After compress, di card go show how much smaller di file become, as percentage with minus sign. If e no fit save almost anything, di card go show Di size don already optimal. If compress go make di file bigger, you go get your original file back.

Split one PDF go show Pages for each part, with minus and plus button around di number. Set how many pages each part go hold. Every part na im own PDF inside one ZIP, and di last part go hold di pages wey remain.

PDF → pictures go put each page inside di ZIP as im own picture. If PDF long well well, e go give pictures of di first pages only.

Limits

If you pick more files pass wetin di limit allow, di app go keep di first ones and tell you. File wey pass di size limit, or files wey pass di combined limit, go stop di run, and di app go talk which limit you reach. Pick smaller file, or merge fewer files at a time, then try again.

Plans and when run fail

PDF tools dey inside di paid plans. For Starter, dem go open when your account get credits; if you no get any, di app go talk say Dis tool na paid feature — upgrade and try am sharp sharp. See Plans at a glance and Pricing.

If run fail, di screen go talk why and e go keep your files inside di list, so you fit tap Run am now again.
