Bring a document or a picture into the conversation and ask Nourva about it — describe it, pull details out of it, or work from it directly.

#Overview

Chat does not only answer questions from words. You can bring something with you — a photo, a screenshot, a document — and ask Nourva about it directly. Attach it, ask in plain language, and you get a clear answer grounded in what you brought.

This turns Chat into a place to make sense of things you already have. Instead of describing a picture or retyping what a document says, you hand it to Nourva and ask. The answer is fast and conversational, and when the work grows beyond a quick question, Chat points you to the right surface for it.

#What you can do

• Ask about an image. Attach a picture or a screenshot and ask Nourva to describe it, identify what is in it, read text from it, or explain what you are looking at.
• Pull details from a document. Attach a document and ask for its key points, a summary, a specific figure, or an answer to a precise question about its contents.
• Work with something you bring in. Hand Nourva a file as the starting point for a task and ask it to work from there — extract, explain, compare, or build on what you provided.
• Combine words and attachments. Ask a question and attach what it refers to in the same message, so Nourva answers about exactly the thing in front of you.

#How to use it

1. Open Chat and start a message as you normally would.
2. Attach the file or image you want to ask about.
3. Say what you want in plain language — "describe this picture," "what does this document say about the budget," "pull the dates out of this." Be specific about the detail you are after.
4. Read the answer. Nourva responds directly, working from what you attached.
5. Keep going. Ask follow-up questions about the same attachment, or attach something else, without starting over.

What you see: Nourva reads the photo and gives you a clean list of the action items written on the whiteboard, in plain text you can copy.

What you ask:

What does this contract say about the cancellation terms?

What you see: Nourva reads the document you attached and answers with the cancellation terms it found, pointing to the relevant part so you can check it yourself.

What you ask:

Describe this image for me — what's in it and what's the mood?

What you see: A short, clear description of what the picture shows and the feeling it conveys.

#Tips

• Bring the real thing. If your question is about a specific picture or document, attach it rather than describing it — you will get a more accurate answer.
• Ask one clear thing at a time. A focused question against an attachment beats a vague one; you can always follow up.
• Use it to read what is hard to retype. Text in a photo, a screenshot, or a dense document is exactly what Chat is good at turning into a usable answer.
• Let Chat hand off when the job is bigger. If working with your file turns into a full document, an investigation, or web work, Chat points you to Office overview, Deep Research overview, or What Arachne does.
