EU Representative

Tokra, LLC is a Delaware-incorporated company. Article 27 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires non-EU controllers to designate an EU-based representative when they offer goods or services to data subjects in the European Union or monitor their behaviour in the EU.
Tokra, LLC has not yet appointed a formal Article 27 representative because Nourva's material EU operations are pre-launch as of April 21, 2026. An EU representative will be appointed and disclosed on this page when Nourva begins material EU operations, in compliance with GDPR Art. 27.

EU/UK users retain the right to lodge a complaint directly with their national supervisory authority (data protection authority) — for example, the ICO in the United Kingdom, the CNIL in France, the BfDI in Germany, or the EDPB-coordinating authority in the user's country of residence. See Section 9.8 of the Terms.
