Last updated: July 28, 2026 · These Partner Terms supplement the Nourva Terms of Service and govern your use of Nourva Partners — creator pages, support messages, payouts, the affiliate program, and brand campaigns. If anything here conflicts with the general Terms, these Partner Terms control for the Partner platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, the security of your credentials, and everything published on your creator page. One person per account; accounts are not transferable. We may decline, suspend, or close accounts that break these terms or create risk for the platform, its users, or its payment partners.
Nourva Partners gives creators a public page (nourva.ai/p/your-handle) that gathers their social profiles, receives support messages from fans, includes a personal referral link for the Nourva product, and — where offered — presents brand campaign opportunities. Nourva Partners is a technology platform. It is not a bank, deposit-taker, investment service, or money transmission service, and provides no financial advice.
A support message ("tip") is a voluntary, discretionary gift from a supporter to a creator. Tips do not purchase goods, services, content, subscriptions, or any exclusive benefit, and creators must not promise or condition anything in exchange for a tip. Tips are non-refundable, except where the amount never reached the creator's balance or where a refund is required by applicable law. Supporters must be 18+ and must use payment methods they are authorized to use.
The platform fee is 5% of each support message. Payment processing costs charged by our payment providers apply in addition and may be presented to the supporter at checkout. Fee changes will be announced on this page and apply prospectively — never to amounts already received. The affiliate program pays commissions at the rate shown in your dashboard, and commissions accrue on payments made during the commission window shown in your dashboard (measured from the referred user's first payment); payments after that window do not accrue commission. Both are subject to the hold and clawback rules below.
Amounts you earn are credited to your platform balance net of fees and become withdrawable after a protection window (currently 7 days for tips, 14 days for affiliate commissions). Before your first payout you must verify your email and complete identity verification (KYC), which we or our payment partner Stripe may perform. Payouts are sent to the payout method on file, subject to minimum amounts shown in your dashboard. We may apply reasonable payout holds or rolling reserves to accounts with elevated dispute, fraud, or chargeback risk, and we may require re-verification at any time. Balances that cannot be paid out because verification was refused or abandoned may be held until verification completes or returned to supporters where feasible.
If a payment underlying your earnings is disputed, reversed, or refunded, the corresponding amount (plus any dispute fees charged to us) is deducted from your balance — including from future earnings if your balance is insufficient. Deliberately generating disputes, or tipping yourself with your own or controlled payment instruments, is fraud and leads to immediate termination and forfeiture of unlawful proceeds.
You may not use the platform: for anything unlawful; to launder money or move funds for third parties; to receive payment for prohibited or illegal content or services; to harass, defame, or infringe the rights of others; or from a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions. We screen accounts against applicable sanctions lists and comply with all sanctions obligations. Creators are solely responsible for complying with the advertising and media rules that apply to them — including any influencer-advertising license required in their country for paid promotions (for example, Saudi Arabia's Mawthooq license for advertising content). Brand campaigns arranged through the platform are agreements between you and the advertiser; accepting an offer signals interest and the details are coordinated separately.
You are responsible for your own taxes on amounts you receive. We may require tax documentation (such as IRS Form W-9 for U.S. persons or W-8BEN for non-U.S. persons) before payouts, and we file information returns where the law requires. Where a tax applies to our platform fee, it is charged on the fee — not on the gift itself.
You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display your page, name, handle, avatar, and public statistics for operating and promoting the platform. You confirm you have the rights to everything you publish. We may remove content or unpublish pages that violate these terms.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the platform fees we earned from your account in the six months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can close your account at any time from Settings; matured, verified balances are paid out on the normal schedule. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, legal risk, or extended inactivity, with notice where practicable. Sections 3–10 survive termination.
We may update these Partner Terms; material changes will be dated at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notified in your dashboard or by email. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it. Questions: [email protected].
