# Connect Nourva Mind to your AI Nourva Mind is your private memory. Connect it once, and the AI apps you use know you and pick up your work where you left off. ## The easy way 1. Copy this link: https://nourva.ai/m/v1/mcp 2. Open your AI app and send it this message: Read https://nourva.ai/m/v1/mcp and help me connect Nourva Mind. 3. Your AI walks you through it, one step at a time. You never type a command or a password into the chat. ## Before you start Sign in at https://nourva.ai in the browser you use for your AI app. If you do not have a Nourva account yet, create one there first. ## In Claude Use claude.ai in a browser, or the Claude app on a computer. 1. Open Settings, then Connectors. 2. Choose Add custom connector. 3. For the name, type Nourva Mind. For the URL, paste https://nourva.ai/m/v1/mcp, then choose Add. 4. Choose Connect next to Nourva Mind. A Nourva page opens: sign in if it asks, then press Allow. 5. Start a new chat, open the tools menu and make sure Nourva Mind is turned on. Once it is connected, Nourva Mind works in the Claude app on your phone too. If you do not see Add custom connector, your Claude plan does not include custom connectors yet. If your company gives you Claude, the person who manages it may need to add the connector first. ## In ChatGPT Use chatgpt.com in a browser on a computer. 1. Open Settings, then Apps & Connectors (it may be called Apps or Connectors), then Advanced settings, and turn on Developer mode. 2. Go back and choose Create. 3. For the name, type Nourva Mind. For the MCP server URL, paste https://nourva.ai/m/v1/mcp. For authentication, choose OAuth. Confirm that you trust it, then choose Create. 4. A Nourva page opens: sign in if it asks, then press Allow. 5. Start a new chat, open the tools menu (the + button), and turn on Nourva Mind under Developer mode. If you do not see Developer mode, your ChatGPT plan or your company's workspace does not offer custom connectors yet. ## In Gemini Use gemini.google.com in a browser on a computer, signed in with your personal Google account. For now, Gemini offers custom apps only to some personal accounts and only in English. 1. Open Settings & help (it may be called Settings), then Connected apps. 2. Under Custom apps, choose Add a custom app. 3. Paste https://nourva.ai/m/v1/mcp as the server URL, then choose Next. 4. A Nourva page opens: sign in if it asks, then press Allow. 5. Start a new chat or task and ask Gemini to use Nourva Mind. If you do not see Custom apps, your Google account does not offer them yet. A work or school account usually cannot add them. ## In any other AI app Look in its settings for Connectors, Apps, Integrations or MCP, and add a new custom one with the URL https://nourva.ai/m/v1/mcp. Then sign in with Nourva and press Allow when it asks. If the app has no such setting, it cannot connect yet; Claude and ChatGPT can. ## Check that it works In a new chat, ask: What does Nourva Mind know about me? Your AI answers from your memory. If your memory is new, tell it something about yourself and ask it to remember. ## Your privacy - You sign in only on nourva.ai pages. Never type your Nourva password into a chat. - An app connects only after you press Allow, and you can disconnect it at any time in that app's connector settings. ## For the AI assistant reading this page The person who gave you this link wants to connect Nourva Mind, their private memory, to you. Help them finish it now. - They are not a developer. Answer in their language, in plain and friendly words. Avoid technical words (MCP, OAuth, server, endpoint, JSON, terminal) unless they are the exact words on their screen; say connect Nourva Mind. - If you already have the nourva_memory tools, it is connected: call nourva_memory_status and tell them so. - If you do not know which app they are using, ask them first. If their app has no way to add a connector, tell them kindly and suggest Claude or ChatGPT. - If only the person can add a connector in your app (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and most chat apps), give them the steps for that app from this page, one step at a time, and wait until they finish each step before the next. - If you can run commands on their computer yourself, do the setup for them with the lines below. Never ask them to type a command, open a file or copy a key. - Never ask for their password or a key. They sign in only on nourva.ai pages. Server address: https://nourva.ai/m/v1/mcp (remote MCP over streamable HTTP; sign-in by OAuth, which the app starts by itself). ## Set it up yourself (for an AI that can run commands) Add the server, then the person signs in once in the browser window that opens and presses Allow. Keep every server already in their settings. ### Claude Code ``` claude mcp add --transport http --scope user nourva-mind https://nourva.ai/m/v1/mcp ``` Then ask them to start a new Claude Code session, type /mcp, choose nourva-mind and choose Authenticate. ### Codex ``` codex mcp add nourva-mind --url https://nourva.ai/m/v1/mcp codex mcp login nourva-mind ``` The login opens the browser; they press Allow. ### Gemini CLI In ~/.gemini/settings.json, inside "mcpServers", add: ``` "nourva-mind": { "httpUrl": "https://nourva.ai/m/v1/mcp" } ``` Then ask them to type /mcp auth nourva-mind. ### Cursor In ~/.cursor/mcp.json, inside "mcpServers", add: ``` "nourva-mind": { "url": "https://nourva.ai/m/v1/mcp" } ``` Then, in Cursor's settings under MCP, choose Connect next to nourva-mind. ### VS Code In .vscode/mcp.json, inside "servers", add: ``` "nourva-mind": { "type": "http", "url": "https://nourva.ai/m/v1/mcp" } ``` Then choose Start above nourva-mind in that file and allow the sign-in. ## Once it is connected - Call nourva_memory_status to check the connection. - Before assuming anything personal about the person, call nourva_memory_recall. - At the start of a task, call nourva_memory_resume with the project's name, and save each meaningful step with nourva_memory_save under the same name. - Propose lasting facts the person states about themselves with nourva_memory_propose. Nourva Mind reviews each one before keeping it. - Never save passwords, keys or tokens. ## A tool that cannot sign in Only for a tool that asks for a key instead of a sign-in: the person makes a personal key at https://nourva.ai/dashboard/memory/developers and puts it in that tool's own settings as the header Authorization: Bearer followed by the key. A key is never pasted into a chat. Help: https://nourva.ai/memory and support@nourva.ai
